Will never go here again. Went in hoping to get information to switch from my current phone company and no one acknowledged me. One employee looked right at me and didn't say a word. One standing around by them and another one came out the back though neither said a word to me. Looked around hoping someone will say something to acknowledge I'm there , wishful thinking.

This store needs to work on better customer service. I'd love to be able to say something positive. I took my roommate there, and I was not impressed. It was just meh. ?♀️

Nice store with helpful employees. The whole security thing for cell service is absolutely ridiculous. You can't do anything with showing ID. You don't need to show near as much to vote!!

Danni and Tony were awesome, great customer service and very knowledgable, made it so easy from switching over from metro and got an iPhone 14 free, highly recommend them, Danni is the best around

Jason turned our frustrating experience we were having with our bill to relief when he was patient and kind towards me as I was annoyed with not understanding why we were having this issue . He was the only rep able to help us after speaking to two different reps over the phone . Thanks again Jason for your help !

This is one of the best Verizon Corporate stores in the DFW. Very helpful & patient with their customers. Thanks Ralph! ?? An asset to the company right there ?.

I stopped by to pay my bill. It was my first visit to the store. Open layout with wall displays. Nice atmosphere, clean facility. I was impressed by the fact that staff smiled and were welcoming when I stepped in. One of the sales agents approached me right away and he genuinely appeared eager to help. He took care of my request pretty quickly and as I left, he actually came & opened the door for me. The fact that he was good looking made the experience even better! I would definitely be going back to use this location more often for all my wireless services needs. Thumbs up all the way!

I regret that I did not write down the name of the young man who helped me the other day when I was having sim card trouble. When I arrived he was right there ready to help, friendly and efficient. I was in and out fast, all fixed up. I would recommend this Verizon location to others for sure.

Customer service reps are great. Chris the manager gives me the hardest time because my phones have had issues. He always direct me to customer service. I would give this a 1 if it was not for his people. I brought a $1399 phone and tried to exchange it in store the next week to similar excuses he made me go thru warranty even know it was within 30 days. Chris is smug with me and makes me uncomfortable everytime I see him. I have to tell him I am buying something so he can stop being so unfriendly. I have to go to Burleson to document things because he will not allow his customer service people to do so. I am told to call customer service. I do not know why this guy does this. I wish he go to a far away store and not be in Mansfield.
