I went to this Walgreens to make a deposit into my Capital One account and the employee was very disrespectful. She demanded I give her the money before she ever started the transaction. I spoke with the manager on duty and she became defensive with me before I even explained the situation to her. The manager and the employee were very unprofessional. I would not ever expect this from Walgreens.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I’m a nurse and deal with pharmacies and insurance ALL the time. This is ridiculous! Trying to get one prescription 4 days for asthma…breathing is kinda important.

This pharmacy is beyond inefficient. I have never had to wait so long to get assistance at a pharmacy. It was horrible several years ago when I used them and I thought I’d give them another try, but they are still horrible. Anytime I need to pick up my prescription I have to plan at least a 30 minute window because most likely it is going to be a long wait. I will once again be calling my insurance company to find a different pharmacy. Someone who understands systems and operating procedures needs to give a tutorial to the person in charge of this location. It is unacceptable customer service.

I went in today to get a passport photo for my baby. The lady at the photo counter was so accommodating and took extra time to make sure we got a great photo, as the first one we submitted was taken at the post office but still rejected.

I AM SO SAD. Walgreens used to be my happy place. I love just browsing there because you can't beat the cosmetics, skin and hair care and fun snack combo. It's literally the only place I shop in person. However, now all the good stuff is locked up. Like alllll the skincare. No browsing allowed. I would also like to say that I have allergies to some pretty common skincare ingredients so it's really important that I am able to read the ingredient list on the back of the bottle. Now that its all locked, I can't. I have to know exactly what I am getting because it's not like the employees can stand there while I read bottles. So I can't experiment with fun new products anymore because I can't read them. So disappointing. I find it very hard to believe that the Walgreens in Mansfield Texas of all places is the center of some giant theft ring that warrants all this. Just let us shop!

Worst customer service. I asked to speak to the manager and this lady told me she was the pharmacy manager but yet her shirt say technician. They told me my medication was ready yesterday and then got here at 11 this morning and was told to come back at 2 and it would be ready. When I got there it hadn’t even been pulled yet. Then they told me it would be 10 - 15 more minutes. Four other people walked up to get there medicine and not one person got their prescription. All was told to come back. After I get my medicine, the pharmacy tech. Aka the manager held my medication until the store manager came to tell me to leave and not come back. I WONT be back but I will not drop this. Hey, Walgreens corporate. Look at the reviews on this store. Obviously there is a problem here!

Waited over an hour and a half for a prescription that I didn't even fill at this location. I was told to continue to wait and give them 30 mins. Sat in the parking pot and went through the drive thru again and they said 30 more mins. Sat in the parking lot again due to being sick. Then they said 15-20 mins again I sat in the parking lot. This time while waiting at the window I get a call they do not have the medicine!!!! And I could call other Walgreens to try and locate it. Matlock Walgreens was wonderful!!

I've been going to this Walgreens for a while now, and I'm consistently impressed with the excellent service and wide selection of products. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making sure I find what I need. The store is well-organized, clean, and convenient. I appreciate the rewards program and the mobile app, which make shopping and saving even easier. I'm so glad to have this Walgreens in my neighborhood - it's my go-to for all my health and wellness needs!

The photo card “ Mail for Me” product does not work. The customer service reps don’t know the product and the orders are often messed up.

Too bad we can’t give a negative star rating!!!
Went to pick up my son’s prescription was told insurance won’t pay for not that it needed a prior authorization which we wouldn’t have an issue getting Rainey was extremely rude. These workers need more training instead of requesting the prior authorization they just ran it through Good RX which we never gave them permission so I wonder how much they make on using good RX…

I tried to delete the star that gave this store. Manager lacks training in customer service.
I went to the Photo & Tech side and nobody was at counter, right away two employees came out of a door, like they were just watching the cameras in the back, and see when customers arrived.
I went in to get some 2x2 Passport Photos and I was treated with sarcasm in every question that I made. I asked the nice lady in the front, if that was the manager and she said yes, she is one of them.
Horrible store, go somewhere else unfortunately.
