Takes forever to get a prescription twice in one week. I’m sure it’s not the pharmacy’s fault and that they are understaffed or the higher powers that be is what’s causes this. Whatever it is I hope it’s solved quickly. I’ll be sending my prescriptions somewhere else for now.

I was very impressed by the service I received today at the pharmacy. Rayme was extremely kind and helped me out tremendously with all my insurance questions. While I was being helped, there was one lady in line who started raising their voice at Rayme because her meds weren't ready when they were supposed to be, but she handled the upset customer professionally and got her out quickly. Ayeh ended up taking over to finish my transaction and she was incredibly kind and helpful as well! These girls have always been so kind and helpful.People need to be mindful that these technicians are human and sometimes are working short handed. We all need to show a little grace every now and then.

I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional care provided by the pharmacy staff at Walgreens Walnut Creek in Mansfield. Facing a severe accident with significant facial fractures, a broken ankle, and wrist, I was prescribed a complex pain regimen. Knowing the potential delays in typical pharmacy settings due to lack of diagnosis information, I personally reached out to the pharmacist, introduced myself, and explained my situation. This proactive step ensured they understood the "why" behind my medications, preventing any unnecessary delays.Despite a hiccup with a prescribed capsule form that wasn't in stock, the team went above and beyond, calling me to inform me and the doctor to rectify the situation promptly. The level of empathy and patient care displayed by Walgreens Walnut Creek pharmacy team was truly transformative. Even as a former employee and current critic of Walgreens, recalling the talented pharmacists and pharmacy techs led me back for my medication needs. This experience reaffirmed my belief in the professionals at Walgreens Walnut Creek, showcasing a dedication to patient well-being that goes beyond expectations.

Poor customer service and wait times. This was the 2nd time this week (the first time it happened I figured it was a bad day) but twice in one week?Walked up to the window where I was the first one with no one in front of me. Two ladies were trying to figure out a problem on the computer for over 5 minutes without acknowledging me or even a “we’ll be right with you”I could see drivers in their cars at the drive up window looking around for help each time they pulled up (as multiple cars drove off after waiting so long). When one of the ladies finally acknowledged me, roughly 7 minutes standing there- she tells me that my wife’s prescription isn’t ready yet and it would be a 10 minute wait. The prescription was sent over 4hrs ago.The first time this happened earlier this week they told me to come back in an hour, after the prescription was sent over 2 hours ago. What is the point of having your doctor send over a prescription here if it’s never going to be ready? Save yourself the time and headache and find another pharmacy in Mansfield.I probably would’ve not been so furious had they just acknowledged me upon arriving but instead ignored me standing there- I was able to snap a picture to show my wife how oblivious they were to me.

Make sure you check the Use By date stamp on products. Employees will scratch them off with razors to keep expired product on the shelves. I purchased a $15 jar of mixed nuts and they were rancid. I checked the Use Date on the side and it was visibly defaced with a tool of some sort.

Service was horrible. I got the call my prescription was ready around noon. I get to the drive thru around 8pm & it’s not ready nor is my insurance accepted all of a sudden. The guy went on a rant about me paying or using good RX couldn’t even get a word in. Then he said I could come in and wait. There’s no distinction what line is what luckily all the customers were friendly ( no overhead signs like usual). Finally the meds are ready & my insurance magically works. I get home and realize I have double medication & that’s why it wasn’t ready but mind you I was told only one was ready at the drive through. If you’re going to be rude or nice nasty at least be accurate. It’s the guy that wears the black cross earrings. He was moving a mile a minute & acted like you were bothering him. I get multi tasking but this was on an entire different level. I’ve switched pharmacies.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Waited on hold for 45 minutes. Finally someone picked up and immediately put me on hold again. The phone rang and rang and eventually hung up. Don’t waste your time with them.

I want to start off by saying you have some very kind, helpful, and caring staff with the pharmacy. I needed to get meds for my child to start tomorrow. The pharmacy I had originally went with was all out. I called three separate times,] to locate and verify my child's prescription was sent in by the doctor. The first two times I wasn't on hold that long, the third time was a little longer, but typical for most pharmacies. Also, I got my meds pretty quickly in the drive thru, which I have never had at other places. I spoke to Ayeh, Leena, and Janallyn. I want to brag on these ladies, because not only did they help me get my meds on time, but they were very friendly and were not put off by my many questions, which speaks volumes to me. Thank you, Walgreens, for employing sweet staff members. I look forward to coming again.

Needed a passport type picture for visa (pics only good for 6 months). Went to Walgreens aound 9:30am before they got very busy. I was able to find someone quickly, they came right over to the photo area and took my pic. I shopped for a few minutes (I did have a little list) and the staff member found me and handed me the pic. I made my way to the checkout area where the cashier efficiently swiped the few items plus the pic in its little cardboard case. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The store was clean and all was well organized; the outdoor temp had already crept to high 80s yet it was as cool as a cucumber in the store.

This pharmacy is going downhill fast, I was only held for over an hour 2 different times because I was hung up on. Told they do not have my medication, so I called another pharmacy, and it was transferred here, so I came up here and still not ready. The pharmacy has one tec, and that's it, so I need to say the young lady is very nice and overworked, yet this doesn't help customers. Our time is just as valuable as the people working. I would say hire more people.

This store is absolutely disturbing. I came in and was followed from corner to corner, it was almost as if I was being targeted. Very very bad store, definitely do not recommend even thinking about stopping, just keep driving to the next store.
