My mom has a kidney infection & we went to the pharmacy drive thru. Another patient held up the line for well over 20 minutes, was not told to come back, instead continued to hold the line up to fill a prescription. You need a better pharamcist & techs. They are awful
You do not hold up a drive thru line as it is meant for QUICK SERVICE not a 30+ min wait. We are taking our business elsewhere

Scheduled an appointment for a flu test for 02:50pm. Checked in with the available QR code for appointments. Sat around 20 min before asking at the window to be informed I should've skipped the line and checked in at the counter. Ended up walking out at 03:30pm. Now it's 5pm and I'm getting phone calls saying my prescription for a flu test is ready. What s joke.

I went there to get a Rx that they said would be ready after 6. I get there at 6:45pm and it was still not ready. I had already waited in line for 20 minutes just to hear have a seat and will be 15-20 minutes. I said you told me it would be ready at 6pm. Then he told me well it will be a 30 minute wait. I left went back the next morning and there was one trainee and the pharmacist with two cars and two people ahead of me. Needless to say it was going to be another 20 minute wait. This seems to happen every time to go to this Walgreens. When I started using them a couple of years ago they were professional and very nice people. Guess I will be looking for a new pharmacy

I’ve been trying to call the pharmacy multiple times, and each time they attempt to connect me, they hang up. I’ve called three times now, and no one seems to answer the phone. I know it’s not that busy over there, so this is really frustrating. What happened to answering the phone and providing customer service? This is ridiculous.

The pharmacy staff is the most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never seen so many miserable people unhappy with their jobs in one place. I had to wait an extra half hour for my prescription even though I showed up 20 minutes after they had said it was ready only for them to come back and tell me I couldn’t get it because it was before 90 days. I tried to tell her (Dorothy) I wasn’t early but she wouldn’t even address me at that point and had already walked off. There was no one above her to speak to or who would even try to help. While I waited, I also heard another pharmacist get off the phone with a patient saying ‘no one cares about your wife or your children’. This place is ridiculous and they definitely need to replace the staff.

Only because I cannot rate lower. Slowest overwhelmed crew I have seen.poor communication skills and not giving realistic wait times when prescription in not ready. I will change as soon as I can

The pharmacy team is slow and never answer the phones. You can wait on hold just to get hung up on when it’s your turn. Thank god HEB is here now and I loved my scripts there.

Very good experience. I usually go to the CVS, but I am now going to be switching to this store, as the customer service was an A+. The pharmacy was quick, helpful, and very kind, and the two women running the front registers were also very friendly. I never look forward to having to go to a pharmacy, but the staff at this store really brightened my day. I thank y’all very much for your friendliness, hard work, and help. God bless.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly incompetent of doing their job. They send text messages and also call to notify your meds are ready, but when you arrive, they tell you otherwise. This has happed 3 times in 1 month!!! Horrible all the way around!!

I have to say the Walgreens on Broad has surprised me, I just spoke with the girl called McKenna and she was so helpful and informative and answered the phone and took her time and I just wanted to reach out and say I so appreciated her time and her advice. I know a lot of pharmacies get a lot of negative reviews because they’re very overwhelmed for her to spend that much time explaining something to me was so nice so if you need anybody go in and ask for McKenna Walgreens on Broad.

This is the worst Walgreens on the planet. Many times there is no pharmacist. They once didn’t put enough liquid in my son’s prescription to make the correct concentration. They tried to make me wait an hour for a nebulizer they could have just grabbed and gave it to me. I will NEVER be back.
