If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I am sitting here now as I type this. I came for an oil change at 1:30 PM. Right now, it is 3:43 PM, and my truck has Still not been given an oil change. This is beyond frustrating.

Don't order curb side pickup. You will wait there forever and no one will care to check on you either. Their supervisor has every excuse available except any accountability. Don't bother to call the front desk, they'll either let it ring or hung up the phone. Asking for a manager will get you no where. I don't think there even is one besides fake pictures on the wall. They're never there or available to speak to. The store is always trashed and nothing down stocked. What we ordered, on one they couldn't find yet, went inside and got it. Bathrooms are never clean and always reek inside. It's time their managers and supervisors get changed out for horrible service at this location. Why continue to be kept in a position where you struggle or continuously fail? No sense of pride in that store or the staff for their own location. Sadly it's gone downhill.

UPDATE: 5 years later and still the worst! Between the aggressive, so-called helper, at self check out to the angry snuffleupagus manager, who came to “help me”. The only word that she knew how to say though was Mmhmm. So congratulations if your goal was to continue to hire rude people! Finally done with this Walmart!Customer service/ return department is rude, lazy and unwilling to help!! Lord forbid you forget your receipt!!! This afternoon was the worst experience ever I wish I had gotten those ladies names, they were the worst!

Got to Dallas and my bag went to denver so with no warm clothes hit the store. Found everything I needed but none of it was the price posted. So if you shop here just check your tags.

Of all of the Wal-Marts we frequent, this is actually one of the cleaner ones around. This one is laid out a bit differently than the others, not sure why they move things around even tho the box it sits in is all the same. We actually had a hard time finding the pharmacy area, it's not up front like all the others. The self check out is nice, It's a very large corral area with lots of check out areas. One way in, one way out tho. Didn't encounter any staff that had a smile or even spoke a word. Not the friendliest of folks, tho the place is always clean and tidy, and always looks nice.

The self check out lines on both sides were from one side of the store straight back to the other. Only had a few lanes open with cashiers and they had long lines. It'll be awhile before we go back
