Scott and his crew were awesome! After an absolutely horrible experience with another roofing company (name not to be mentioned) who constantly gave me the run around for 9 months due to shoddy shingles, Scott was referred to me by a friend. He took care of it in less than a month. I wished I had known about him sooner, as it would have saved me months of frustration.

⚠️ , I would advise homeowners to consider alternative options for their roofing needs, especially if they are working with a new construction home and their builder has assigned this particular company as the roofing vendor. Based on my experience and observations, there have been numerous instances where homeowners have expressed dissatisfaction with the services provided by this company. Communication issues, such as unanswered phone calls and emails, including from the owners themselves, have been a recurring problem. Additionally, there have been cases where the company has claimed to have conducted inspections or completed work, but upon further inquiry, it was discovered that these claims were false. Furthermore, requests for documentation or paperwork related to the work supposedly completed have often gone unanswered. This raises concerns about the company's transparency and accountability. It is important for homeowners, especially those who are out of state, to be aware of these issues and consider seeking alternative roofing companies to ensure a reliable and satisfactory roofing experience.

It appears that there are significant challenges in establishing communication and obtaining timely responses from the company. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of accountability and professionalism within the management team. Only writing a 1 star review due to the fact I have had now 3 calls from this company and I continue to ask them to take me off their call list. Everytime besides today they just hang up in my face. Today the caller still told me that I HAVE to tell him if I own a house or not. I replied "I told you to remove this number from your list" he stated that it is completely impossible to remove my number unless I give him more of my information and answer his question. So your telling me after being given a formal request to not contact me again, your company is going to still harass someone unless they tell you about the house you own and continue to call them again and again until I release personal information to your company?

During a recent storm we had some water leaking from a spot with missing shingles, Scott and his crew came out same day, during the storm and patched our roof. This was extremely helpful as my wife and newborn were at home during this situation. Very thankful for Ward roofing and I would recommend to family and friends.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

The Ward Roofing crew re-roofed my house last summer and did a great job. I was so happy with the shingle color and quality that Scott chose for the roof. The work was done quickly and professionally with a very thorough clean up afterwards. I couldn't be happier with the service. Ward Roofing-Scott and his team were at my house first thing the morning after my home was hit by a tornado ,they got my roof covered before the next rain was to come through. With all the roofing companies that where out that morning and with me still being a little shaken up, it was so nice to have a company I could trust that was upfront and honest. I had a lot on my plate to get taken care of after the storm and all the damage but they made the roofing part easy. They went above and beyond to get my home taken care of! My new roof was just put on and I am in love with the look and the new color!! I have and will always recommend Ward Roofing!! Thank you Ward Roofing!!
