If I could leave zero stars, I would. Brandon sold me a car that was 2500 miles over because he did not check the mileage before it was sold to me. When I called to address this, Kevin the manager offered me a $5 gift card or to fully return the vehicle. Big Star Ford lost my license plates in the mail and refused to address this. I had to purchase new plates. With every certified pre owned vehicle, there are two sets of keys provided - I’m being charged for the second keys because they did not have them at the time and I have been trying for months to have this fob ordered. This service is the literal worst and they have zero accountability.

I took my truck recently for service, one of the services being an oil change, i drive it home, which is about 20 mins and park it luckily for a couple days and use my work car, but i eventually go to open the hood to find my engine oil cap off sitting by my headlight, idk how it stayed there and i also find that my oil life was never reset. I don’t know how bad it is to drive without an engine oil cap but it can’t be good especially because it’s susceptible to contaminants.Its a terrible feeling since i just bought an explorer from big star ford and live near here, now i feel like i can’t trust the service…

I found a vehicle that I was interested in on Cargurus that was at Big Star Ford in Manvel, TX. I clicked the button to receive additional information and immediately, I was contacted by a salesman named John Cole. It was about 8 p.m. at the time, and John asked me if I could come in to view the vehicle the following day. I scheduled an appointment to meet with him at 5:30 p.m. the next day. He sent me a confirmation via text and email and event went so far as to send me a video of the vehicle. I left work a little early and drove from Porter, TX to Manvel in rush hour traffic only to arrive at the dealership to be told that John Cole was off on that day and that the vehicle I was coming in to view had been sold earlier that day. No one bothered to contact me to let me know. When I spoke with a manager, he basically told me that everyone is entitled to a day off and sent me on my merry way. I was floored at the lack of customer service during this whole event. I would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! Their customer service and lack of accountability is horrible!

Recently purchased a vehicle from the used car sales department. I worked with both Blair and Jimmy throughout the process and they were great. Both gentlemen were very helpful, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing, and did everything they could to make this as smooth and quick of a transaction as possible. Thank you guys again for everything!

I am loyal customer of this big star ford dealership. I bought the truck there, do the oil change there, replace the brake pad there. However, this time my engine got problem. I spent $185 for diagnosing the problem. The diagnostic report informed me that the fuel injector is faulty. I would like to discuss the specific issues with the mechanic, especially since I have already paid $185 for the diagnosis. However, the front desk informed me that the mechanic has gone home. The front desk staff, who clearly lacks automotive knowledge, briefly mentioned a few things based on the report, hurriedly collected the money, and ended the conversation.For the replacement of a few fuel injectors, Big Star surprisingly quoted a high price of $3000. I want to ask, do you know that an average person works hard for a month and can only earn $3000? Why should you deprive someone of a month's labor for solving a minor issue? This society shouldn't be about charging exorbitant prices just because you can solve problems that others can't.If you conduct surveys, it is presumably to ensure customer satisfaction, but with such high pricing, I will give the lowest rating. Why do you charge so much? What justifies it? What reason allows you to earn thousands of dollars in just one hour?After I use up my oil package, I will sever any business ties with this dealership.

The manager is a turd muncher and refuses to fix an acknowledged problem. I would rather ride a bike than buy another vehicle from this scam artist. If I could leave a zero star review I would.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! We have been looking for a certain vehicle for a while and finally found what we were looking for here. We were excited to go test drive it and bring it home however, that was not the case and ended up walking out. The manager here is very dishonest. If your reading this review be aware of this place and look at everything closely. They will try to cheat you. After our experience with this place we have now heard from other people that they had a bad experience also and walked away.

Msg to dealership with no response-I took my company issued fleet vehicle into Big Star Ford for service. The service was severely less than excellent. So bad that I am taking time at the end of my workday to write you. I did try to call this morning after I left and was transferred to you by the operator only to receive a busy signal.Aside from your service reps not greeting me upon arrival, the store was dirty and drab. I had a 7:45am appointment which I arrive for 5 minutes early. I had an 11:30am meeting that I needed to be to on the other side of town. It took 30 minutes after check-in for my car to be pulled back for service. It rained heavily between 9:00-10:00am. At 11:00am I went to check to see why my vehicle was taking so long and explained that I had a meeting to get to. As the service rep was helping me, the car pulled up. I was told “you better go get it before they park it” by one of the service reps. I walked outside to the carport and smiled and said this one is mine, only for the guy in my car to just look at me. He gets out without a word or smile and there is a towel on my seat. I figured maybe he didn’t want to get my seat dirty. I asked him if he needed . He turned around, grabbed it and walked off. I proceeded to put my bag in the car and when I sat down my outfit was immediately soaking wet. Again, I am headed to a business meeting and this is my company car. I turn to ask him why it was wet but he was gone. I left upset and in a rush because I had to get going toward West Houston to ensure I wasn’t late for my meeting. The entire time I drove, I could not put my back on the seat because it was wet. My pants were already wet and I called you but received the busy signal. I attempted to plug in my phone to use Apple car play and the USB would not sync. I have never had this issue before. My phone then sends me a notification (attached) that “LIQUID IS DETECTED” and “Charging is not available because liquid has been detected in the Lightning connector.” So in addition to wet pants and driving without my back to the seat now I have to hold my phone to get directions to my meeting. I have attached pictures of the car and a screen shot of the notification along with a picture of a tool left in my cupholder. It seems as though my vehicle door or window was open during the rain storm and my car was soaked. No one said a word. The car now smells like mildew after being soaked and then heated in the Houston heat. I am truly disappointed in this service and do not plan to come back.

Got my fuel filter changed with my advantage care oil change. I got notified it was ready and went the next morning to pick it up. Got there at 7:15 and paid for the service. The service engine light was illuminated on the dashboard. The technician from the Quick Lube said he could not clear the problem with the minimal equipment that his department had and it needed to be repaired in the main mechanical repair area. I had to start a new service order for this to be repaired. The service writer told me that they normally would charge for this but that he would get it taken care of. He said that they were back logged and that it could take 48-72 hrs. It took 4 days for all of this to be completed. Worst case of customer service I have experienced in a long time.

I arrived 10 minutes early to my service appointment for an oil change and a car wash. An employee asked me to sit and wait and said that someone would come to assist me after he is done with a phone call. After waiting for more than 30 minutes I find out that no one was aware that I was waiting to be helped.Later when I picked up the car, no one told me that the car was not washed, I found out by the look of the car and had to go back again to confirm that it was not washed. They said it was not washed "because their machine broke down". It would have been nice if they would have told me that not all services were done.

I have had a good experience at this dealership. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The accessory department helped me to use my reward points to get free accessory items for my new car. The quick Lane service department has extremely friendly associates who keep me up-to-date with my service schedule. And my salesman was especially helpful when I drove off the lot and got a crack in the windshield. He helped me to repair the windshield there at the dealership. This was the most positive experience I've ever had in buying a car.

My dad and I were in a pretty tight spot when we got a car from here for no money down. Car is decent. But the sales guys and some of the other stuff are pretty scummy. Lied to us about our car needing certain kinds of expensive repairs not covered by our warranty. If you buy from them always always get a second opinion on repair and always buy the highest extended warranty or warranty coverage you can afford cuz their Warranty company is really amazing. the dealership themselves are just jerks.

I took my bronco to get a tire fixed through warranty and it took them three hours to fix one tire! SMH! If I could give -10 stars I will!
