Brought my Cocker Spaniel to get groomed with Jonna today for the very first time and she did a great job. The most important thing about a grooming place for me is not necessarily the 100% perfect haircut, but the treatment of my pet. My Mason didn’t seem to be dramatized or anything. Jonna does a great job grooming my Ouiser. I'm elderly and sick. They pick her up and bring her back looking and smelling sooo good! She's a life saver.

Very friendly owner and our dog always enjoys having her own vacation when we drop her off. Very reasonably priced and accommodating! If you’re in the Manvel area you should try this place out. We’ll definitely continue to come here.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The owner Johnna Harris probably has to keep prices this low to keep people coming. When you board your dog there is a contract that you sign that basically says they are not responsible for anything if something happens to your dog etc (please read carefully) as that was the first red flag. Next, was the new dog mom that was growling at the entrance. At first, I thought Johnna was really nice and personable which is why I took my dogs in the first place. She insist that I bring their dog beds that it reminds them of home etc. She told me that they clean the kennels, dogs get to go out in the run as they leave the doggy doors open for them. When I got there they were locked up, gross, filthy (as expected it is muddy out)later noticed it was p*** on their rears not mud. However, Jessica (very pleasant) could not find their dog beds. Called Johnna who gets on the phone yelling at me that its common sense they would be dirty and the dog beds sometimes get destroyed thats on me not them. I still need to pay full price and I dont have to come back again. Like what owner says that? At this point, I had not asked for a discount or anything, just wanted to know what happened to the beds. I stepped out to call my husband and Jessica comes back out and says "she says dont worry about it just go". She doesn't care about your dogs at all. She will continue to have to be the cheapest in town in order to survive. Go somewhere else and spend the extra couple bucks. She just wants the money and nice enough to get the service, but cant maintain it once she gets you as a customer. RUN

This place is amazing. It is not the fanciest but it is the most caring. Jonna (the owner) loves the dogs and takes great care of them. The runs are much larger than at more expensive places and the dogs can go outside and play. They also get yard time at no additional cost. Highly recommend!!

Bobbi's Doggie Day Spa is the best grooming business in this area. Found this amazing business due to my previous dog groomers ugly mistakes and attitude. Highly recommend going to Bobbi''s doggy day spa.

This is the best doggie daycare in the city. We left our Bentley in their care for 17 days and he came home a happy camper. On the last day he received a bath, hair cut and nails clipped and I'm very pleased with the services they provided. I recommend this Doggee Day Spa to anyone needing to leave their precious dog over night for one or more days.
