Adrena was very helpful with me move in today. I couldn’t rent the space I wanted at the store she was working at and she found me the perfect unit at another location nearby and completed my rental. Best service ever!

I never do a review but this has been a disaster I rented a space and everything was fine until I had to actually move in my storage that I only needed for a week the elevator will not work I paid movers to move me in and the elevator would not work . I had heavy furniture and would not fit through the stair way . I was assisted but still had to give my movers more money . I am now here the next weekend and with a new moving company that’s higher and the elevator will not work . The stair well door was closed and no one will help I will never use public storage ever again and will never recommend them . Credits will not works because I only needed this for a week and my kids beds need to be out of the storage and I work from home I need my equipment.

Public storage sometimes run monthly specials, but their prices have become a little too high, but still is always a clean facility and friendly staff so if you ever in the area, you should get his place at a shout

Adrena and Danielle truly went above and beyond in every way for me. I lost my key and was driving from Florida to Utah. I had a tight window to pick some things up from my unit and it was urgent that I get in. Although there was miscommunication with the locksmith, they were able to get their manager out asap to cut the lock and help get me in. They even provided a replacement lock at no cost.
Truly some of the best service I’ve received in Utah. I’ll be storing with them for a long time.
Give them a raise!!
