Customer service training is not a core value of this store as well as with 2 managers that were present on Saturday, April 5 at 7 pm. The front was unattended while one manager sitting in the office eating a popsicle and the other one in the restroom. When requesting assistance, I was told be the a manger eating the popsicle to squeeze the toy??? I’m the customer, you get up and assist me until the other one comes, ridiculous! Management training is needed for both as there was no accountability in this situation. I’ll take my money somewhere else, convenience doesn’t equal quality.

Tried to use digital coupon that they have advertised in store The manager couldn’t get them to take said the store must not allow them. I said you are advertising them. She refused to honor the coupons. Was unapologetic and could have cared less she lost a sale.

They have only one lane and came in to get a few items and had to wait 43 minutes to get out of store, and the manager said the other registers was out , which she keeps using the same lie, 😡 I'm haicap and may have go to doctor because it madid my sciatica nerve get inflamed and will also contact my lawyer 😡

I have been in this store many times. Don't go in the morning. I have walked out without anything numerous times because self check out was down and there is no one to check you out. I'm done with this store.

This location is very well managed, it’s clean, well organized, and the team is friendly and very helpful. Definitely 10/10 service. I drive to this location before I drive to the location next door to my home.
