This is NOT a place I will be giving my business. They have done nothing but give me the run around, waste time, be DISRESPECTFUL and lie. For example. Tried to sell me a car that smelt like smoke, tried to say it wasn't smoked in, and then later said "we have something that can remove that". The manager is a joke. Santana is also a coward. Do not accept him as your salesman. Wasted my time, in having me come to the dealership, not once but twice on a holiday weekend. For a vehicle that wasn't even there yet, but wanted the deposit for his quota. He will lie just to get you to sign. This entire place is CROOKED. Go elsewhere. Everything you don't want in a dealership and in car sales. Plenty of dealership options in town. Leave this one out of your choices!

SEXUALLY HARASSED!!!! ROBBED!!! 9k stolen!!! Followed by rude misogynistic behavior from management. I was sold a Passat Nov 30th. It was late and I didn't see all the damages including the fact that the passenger seat didn't work. I brought up my concerns several times after purchasing and was promised easy fixing. That never happened. I got frustrated the last time I went to pick up my car. None of the scratches or dents were fixed like promised and they refused to fix the passenger seat all together. I was very upset but accepted it. One of the employees approached me before I left and started asking me about what I needed help with. I never gave him my number or implied that I wanted him to contact me. He then got my personal information from another employee and contacted me via text. He told me that they would paint my car. He asked me what color and really got my hopes up. I thought "Wow! Someone is actually going to make sure it gets fixed right!" I was wrong. Shortly after he asked me to show him pictures of my body so he could see " how hard I worked in the gym". It was so inappropriate and I was so offended. I thought he just had excellent customer service at first but in reality he only wanted to try to get something from me with fake promises. I completely ignored his request and kindly asked when I could bring in my car. He told me he could get me paint and a paintbrush. HE WENT FROM WHAT COLOR to here's a paintbrush because I didn't send a picture of myself! When I confronted management and other employees with PROOF.. I was met with comments like "he says otherwise" "it must be your face."?????? WTF does that even mean? Because of the way I look its ok for their creepy employee to obtain my personal information without my consent all with intentions to manipulate and exploit me??! He never had the intention of helping me! Even though management had proof they still wanted to doubt my story like I was making it up. It took my husband going in for them to be apologetic and admit fault. IT TOOK A MAN to talk to them because they DONT TAKE WOMEN SERIOUSLY! In the end, they made me pay taxes twice for a whole other car I did not want and gave me a 25 dollar gift card. That was their "sorry". It was more of a we think you are dumb take this and shut up gesture.. It's a real crappy feeling when several people in a row put you down for how you look and make you question reality. Their comments after I went to them for help stuck with me the most. It got me so down I felt embarrassed to talk about it like I deserved it. Not anymore. I KNOW what happened was terrible and that whole place is. Even Ben Keating! He ignored me and hid my review. They are a complete scam. They are so scared to look bad but wont stop being terrible to customers.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car at Keating Manvel Toyota Dealer, and I cannot express how truly exceptional my experience was. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with a level of professionalism and warmth that immediately put me at ease. Terry Sinclair, Chantel, Leo, Matt and Brian, the dedicated team members who assisted me, went above and beyond to make my car-buying journey a memorable one.One of my primary concerns when stepping into the dealership was ensuring that I stayed within my budget. Terry Sinclair and his team not only respected my budget but also worked diligently to find a vehicle that perfectly met my needs and preferences. Their commitment to understanding my requirements and tailoring their recommendations was truly remarkable. They made me feel like a valued customer, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions. This level of attentiveness and their genuine care for my satisfaction left a lasting impression on me.Purchasing a car is a significant milestone in anyone's life, and this being my first "big girl" purchase, I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Keating Toyota.I'm thrilled with my new car, and it wouldn't have been possible without their expertise and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend Keating Manvel Toyota Dealer to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Rest assured, I'll be sharing my fantastic experience with all my friends, encouraging them to visit this outstanding dealership.Thank you for making my car-buying experience one to remember!

Absolutely awful customer service! In the span of a year, I have visited this dealership twice. Both times, I was met with horrible service at the front door. First off, the 6+ men at the entryway give extremely uncomfortable looks to women. I regret not listening to my instincts telling me to RUN!! To continue, in the most recent attempt at getting a vehicle from Keating, I tried to learn more about the brand new tundras. Any question ranging from what is the price on this vehicle to what features does this vehicle just resulted in the salesman, Arturo, responding with "just look it up on the website". After 15 or so minutes, the salesman, Arturo, left us in the lot without a single word. Out of all my experiences purchasing vehicles, I have never experienced anything like this. My family will not be giving this dealership any business. MANAGEMENT: please train your employees to provide better customer service. Until then, I'd recommend going to a different Toyota dealership to save yourself the headache.

Made an appointment to test drive a car. We drove an hour to get there. They sold it while we were on the way. No call, no textImagine how they'll treat you after they already have your money if this is how they treat you before.

This dealership is untrustworthy! Poor service. I had a trade in with good credit. However, the finance department kept increasing the price; so much so until I decided to cancel the transaction. Also, the service department made me to feel that the did not value me as a customer. I felt rushed throughout the ordeal.

TOTAL SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP using THE OLE BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Last Friday I began speaking with Manuel regarding a Porsche Macan (stk# KLB30684P) that they have in inventory. He was somewhat pleasant and helpful we just couldn't come to terms to make a deal so I continued my search. I woke up two days later to an email notification that the price on their Macan had dropped and I was immediately a buyer. I sent Manuel a text to call me when he got in this morning and let's wrap it up. He was kind enough to do a FaceTime walk around with me when he arrived this morning to show me the car in full detial and I agreed to purchase. That's where things went HORRIBLY south. I asked him to send me a buyers order so I could give to my credit union as I was paying cash for the car. He later sent me a text and told me I could only buy the car if I financed with THEM. I thought this was a mistake and called him to which he verified that was the case. He put the used car manager (Ben) on the phone and he told me that he had to make money on the backend with financing. WTF!!! I'm 52 years old and have purchased a LOT of cars in my lifetime and this is a first. It really rubs me the wrong way, that I can't buy a car at their advertised online price if I intend to pay cash. There is no disclaimer on the listing or their website stating the price is only available if financed with them. Sadly zero stars isn't an option or that's what I would be giving them.

This dealership is full of scam and deception. From the sales floor to finance, managers, and even customer relations. Don't take it from me, just visit their "F" rating on BBB that shows there is a "Pattern of complaint": bbb.org/us/tx/manvel/pro…The main deception I dealt with was I unknowingly signed two different deals. The one I thought I was getting on the sales floor, and then the one they slipped to me in finance which turned out to be several thousand dollars higher (I have both signed documents). There was nothing in the deal that reflected what I signed on the sales floor other than the trade-in value of my truck. I failed by making a terrible assumption that the deal we made on the sales floor was the deal, because why would I think I was still having to negotiate after just finishing negotiating. On top of that, the customer relations representative, completely customer blamed me (and "most customers") when I reported to BBB as "most customers do not understand that the price negotiated on the sales floor with the Sales Team is does not include finance charges or additional products offered in the Finance Dept." In addition, I had explained to him that the salesperson attempted deception as I arrived by saying there was only 600 miles on the truck and I caught him by seeing 3600+ miles on the truck's odometer (and the salesperson admitted he "somehow missed that"), customer relations continued to blame me stating I misheard on the phone. Well, this incident happened in person, so it really just sounds like the goal of customer relations is to find whatever way possible to prove the customer wrong.I will also be reporting this to the Attorney General as well as the Federal Trade Commission. I had no idea one would need an attorney during the process of purchasing a vehicle, this is not the way people should be treated and this dealership should be ashamed.

The worst Experian I've ever had with any car dealer, I've called the dealer enquired about Sienna and spoke with Santana who confirmed they have one available. I told him I will drive down to have a look at it. I was introduced to another advisor when I arrived and asked him to see the car he said we don't have any and when asked for Santana he said he only bring customer to dealer. This was the cheapest approach for any dealer to lie to customers and waste any one's time.No morales or any kind of professional service. Absolutely disgraceful.

We purchased a 2020 Camry and they really are gouging customers. The experience was awful. Took for ever. The whole “let me talk to my manager” game. Compared to buying at Carmax, Keating was a nightmare. Save your money and stress. Buy anywhere else.

Scammer alert. This dealership is a rip-off. Avoid at all costs. They use deceptive pricing. They advertise a car at one price and then conveniently change the price the same day hoping you become a sucker. I have proof of the deception. Please see the two screen shots. Both of the same vehicle. 346-812-7998 was the phone number that was texting and trying to scam us. I have bought over 50 cars in my life time and these guys are about as shady and deceptive a dealership can get. Avoid these scammers at all cost even if you have to walk to work. These guys are all crooks and thieves. Even the loser sales guy sounded drunk and incoherent in the phone calls. What an utter loser.

Unprofessional. Deceptive. Predatory. Dishonest. This is why I cannot do business with this establishment. We came in on an advertised vehicle. Verified twice that the vehicle was in inventory and drove an hour to purchase. Upon arrival, the vehicle was there and not able to be sold, as it was already sold to Enterprise. Very sad with the deceptive and predatory sales practice. A floor manager by the nickname of "Huggie" backed up the lies and dismissed them. I guess it's just how they do business. If you call in to inquire and speak to Santana, know that what's said was all a lie. We'll be glad to give our money to an honest dealership.A sales manager admitted to us that the call center people are told to say "yes" to anyone, to get them in. We were also told that that call center person gets paid if we walk through the door.
