This place SUCKS. Went up 50 percent in a year...about every 6 months. Went from 64 to 83 to 102. Unbelievable. Looked online and it's 55 a month for new customers....this is what they do. Sucker you in and jack it up hoping and praying youre too lazy to move your stuff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Resolved with Respect and Integrity
I initially left a 1-star review due to repeated rate hikes that felt unfair—especially after being a loyal customer at this Pearland location since 2019. As a disabled U.S. Marine combat veteran, I was deeply disappointed and voiced my frustration.
That said, I want to personally thank Roxanne for stepping in and handling the issue with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. She listened. She understood. And most importantly—she resolved it.
Roxanne’s actions restored my faith in this business. Her respect for long-standing customers and her ability to take decisive action speaks volumes about her character and leadership.
To those reading: If you ever have a problem, ask for Roxanne. She turned my negative experience into a positive one.

No one to talk to at this location. Called customer service and my reservation was in the system called to verify. Go to pay the day before move in and could not pay. No phone calls for follow up or emails to confirm. Called customer service, and rude lady tells me it had been released. This is why I could not pay. So I asked her why had no one called or at least from that storage center to let me know? So the day before I am scheduled to move my stuff in the unit and rented a U-Haul vehicle, they tell me nothing!!!! I had already given my old property my move out date and paid $150 for movers and a truck, but no storage cause this sorry company decided it wasn’t worth telling me! Not to mention I was moving out another one of their properties due to the fact no one ever answered my calls or returned VM!!!! I gave this company almost 2 years of my service, and this is the customer service they give.

Circumstances made me a difficult customer. Went from one storage to two. Then had to change dates from a future date to instantly for one and then both. The property manager, Roxanne, was super patient and handled my changes with no issues.

Roxanne was incredibly helpful and professional. I had an issue with my payment and called in—she quickly resolved it with ease. Her prompt assistance made the process stress-free. I'm nearly out of space in my current unit and will likely need another one soon. I’m definitely looking forward to working with Roxanne again!

Amazing experience thanks to ROXANNE!!!!!! I was a bit skeptical due to a past storage experience but Roxanne definitely put my mind at ease. She took her time to show me different units after listening to my needs.
Customer service is something that always stands out to me because you never know what kind of day someone is having. Roxanne's level of professionalism and customer service really left a lasting impression! Moving has been very stressful for me but Roxanne helped lighten the load with her welcoming presence.
I Highly recommend the Magnolia location as the prices were a bit better than others but all of the properties in the area seems pretty clean & Secure.

There is no response from this facility when you call. I have been locked inside the gate twice. Called and left a message when I got out for help. No one has ever called me back
