“Honestly, I want to give 2 stars to Public Storage and 100 stars to Danielle!
Danielle is truly an angel who showed up at exactly the right time and the right place.
Customer service had promised us things they couldn’t deliver, and I was already at the facility with a truck full of our belongings from Canada, boxes in hand, waiting for a unit I had been promised.
Then Danielle stepped in. She transferred us, found us exactly what we needed, and was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding with my family throughout the process.
God bless her! Give this woman a raise! She is truly holding the fort down there.
Public Storage may have some work to do on the customer service side, but Danielle deserves ALL the recognition.”
“Rented at Diamond storage for a few months, definitely will return if needed. Brandon is super helpful and welcoming, states everything you need to know. We had a very pleasant experience because they are sincerely nice. Easy to get in and out my unit.”
