Sadly the manager was not helpful with the new cashier Kat who had a line of people waiting to check out. No greeting or anything it’s sad when a manager (didn’t see her name) can’t help out a new employee or help customers.

I went to this store today 02/02/25, at about 2PM. The manager of this store needs to be retrained. She is a lady I have seen many times and was not so pleasant, I believe she is the manager. I have seen this lady many times as this is my go to store as I have lived here for over 30 years. Every time I have visited this store and she was on duty, she was always hateful, per say...she is demanding as I have seen her talk down to many of her employees as I went thru her store. In my mind I needed to give her a reality check at those times. WELL today I went in and asked for a pack of Marlboro Gold Special Blend !00's, and a pack of red 100's of the same. They were out of the red's, so I asked for a pack of Marlboro Red Regular in which I knew were more expensive, no problem. She rang up the red regular and price 9.99. correct..then she went to scan my special blend Marlboro, scanned the pack 3 times and each time it failed so she decide to just picked up the pack of red reg that she already scanned and scan it again for my special blend. WHAT? so there went another 9.99, i confronted her on it and she argued with me and said it was correct...I told her it was incorrect turned around and walked out and told her i was going across the street to buy my items. When I turned around she stated real hateful THAT IT WAS CORRECT, lady to begin with the Mar Reg 100'a are 9.99 a pack and the Mar Gold Special Blend are 6.89 a pack, not the price you scanned for 2 of in which i only bought one. Again mind you this lady is a manager or acts like one, you would think she would know the prices of her cigerettes. She was to lazy to turn around and grab another Special Blend product to scan to get the right price, instead she scanned the 1 pack twice in which I would of had an overcharge of 3.10 for that transaction. That is unacceptable espically if they are a manager or whatever, the turn around in this store is outrageous and like I said I have heard this lady talk down to her people..thats probably why she is there on a Sunday...everytime i go in their ICEE machines never work, the precooked food thats in the self serve area is always burnt or old and cold. They ever have paper in their Gas machines for receipts EVERYTIME I have gotten gas there...a manager would know at the end of a shift when that cigerette count comes up that by her trying to do that, it would give her a ovarage in her RED Regular Count by trying to charge for 2 paks , and only handing me one and when it comes to the special blend she would of been short one per her tape printout at the end of the day. I know I use to manager of man a stores over my lifetime and this is no way to run one.....get more training please done for your employees,,,,customer service has always been lacking here

Horrible restrooms! Water all over the entire restroom floor. A whole role of toilet paper inside a toilet, no soap to wash hands. Worst restroom I’ve seen in a very long time. Just left there and the guy at the register didn’t even notice me walk in or walk out, on his phone was more important. If that’s how they keep the restrooms I can only imagine how their kitchen is kept! I’ll never come back to this store again.

Looks like they deleted my post somehow but I'll post again, older lady was very rude not only to her staff but to the customer, bought some tacos that were supposed to be a special but she said the offer isn't available yet, but it was on thr same date thr offer started and then proceeded to lie to me and tell me no and just walked away. No wonder all she can do is work there since no one else would hire such a nasty person.

One of the worst gas station experiences of my life, without visible holes in the wall. I'm always mislead into thinking it's worth the trip, then I regret walking in.Only 2 soda flavors work and usually one is missing any flavor. The tacos aren't usually fresh or tasty. Drown your sorrows in a double corn dog or double chicken leg lunch from the warmer and if you need to use the restroom try anywhere else first

I stopped in here to get diesel, and got a fuel tank full of crud and junk, looks like someone isn’t changing the filters on the diesel side. I will never stop in here for anything especially diesel again…

Debra and Jackie are the biggest tyrants of the store. It’s filthy everywhere, especially the kitchen (Jackie’s area). My husband would come home from work (WITH PICTURES) of how dirty it is, the store hasn’t been mopped in ages. Debra is a horrible manager with a nasty attitude problem. Stripes should’ve stayed a chevron ?

99% of the time, the cooks do not have it together. You can guarantee that it will take at least 15 minutes to get your food, and it will not be good. Staff is very unfriendly. This has been an ongoing issue at this location for some time now, and they have no plans to rectify or revamp the kitchen.
