“This place is awesome! Have rented from them twice, first time under previous owner wasn't that great. This time with the new company, has been great. Have enough stuff to have two units. Now that I have a place to get my stuff out, I wanted to rent a Uhaul the end of December. I have rented from Uhaul several times in the past. Unfortunately, Uhaul corporate sucks. I would give them a NEGATIVE 20 if I could. There is no where on yelp I can find to rate them overall, just local rental places. They had an alert on me for a bill I paid TWO YEARS AGO. I did not find out until I showed up to get the truck to get my stuff out. And calling corporate only got me two rude people who say it's my fault. They were the ones who did not credit my payment two years ago, and refuse to make it right for the problems they've caused me. I had to quote them their own email confirmation of payment from two years ago, and they still had problems. Suffice it to say, I still have a storage unit. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN. Now I'm going to have to drive 50 miles each way to take out my stuff via one car load at a time. Will need a friend to help with some of the furniture.”

“Neighborly and accommodating... And what a wingman! I've rented countless U-Haul trucks and trailers over the years. And this was the FIRST time the operator came out to make sure my side mirrors were properly angled. (With other U-Haul dealers, you're, usually, on your own – even if you arrive alone and have to get in and out of the truck until you get the mirrors just right.)For the first time in a long time, I felt serviced.Pay attention U-Haul: This is what true customer service used to look like.”
