“Had a great experience with extra space. They always communicated any changes. Unfortunately it’s time for me to say bye bye! Thanks for everything! And I would definitely recommend! 10 out of 10 service right here! Bye now”
“Faith and Lisa were awesome. I walked in and they immediately helped me find the right storage for my needs. They were very knowledgeable and understandable. Great experience!”
“Had to get a unit to store a bunch of my work stuff....man I love this place they make it so easy it's a very easy and pleasant experience dealing with public storage rather then the mom and pop one I use to use”
“Amazing storage unit nice and clean! Juan was very helpful with any questions we had on storage sizes and prices that would best suite my belonging!! Any issues I had thru out my experience using Right Move Storage was quickly handled in a timely manner! 10 out of 10!! I would recommend you check them out next time you need a storage!”
“First time renting a uhaul from this location and it was a great experience. Can’t recall if his name was Bobby, but he called me around pickup and told what to do and who to talk to. Really easy returning as well.”
“I had an outstanding experience renting a U-Haul truck, and I have to give a special shout-out to JT for providing exceptional customer service.
From the moment I walked in, JT was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made a busy moving day so much easier.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers have a great experience, but JT definitely does. Because of his excellent service, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this location again or recommend it to friends and family.
Thank you, JT, for making a potentially stressful day such a smooth one. Keep up the amazing work!”
“Sherri was very knowledgeable and helpful through the short and easy process. I couldn't expect anything more or better from anyone .. she made everything pleasant and easy.. best part of my day.. thanks to Sherri Austin excellent customer service.”
“I really appreciate the young man who assisted me in renting a truck from this facility on yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and took time out to explain everything in detail. He adjusted the mirrors so I could view the rear and sides of the truck and explained several other features in the truck. I returned the truck last night and realized I accidentally left my watch phone in it. I called the store this morning talked to the same gentleman he confirmed it was there. I really appreciate this young man's honesty, knowledge and his people personality. I would definitely rent from this store again as well as reccomend them to others.
