Unfortunately I have had now two bad experiences at this location, every employee seems to be very unhappy & doing the bare minimum to assist you and your needs.

The Young man in the store knew exactly what to do. The experience was quick and easy and got exactly what I wanted. The other employees were also very helpful. The experience was much easier than I thought it would be.

If I could give zero starts I would. Honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Went in store to move my number to an existing account, trade in my current phone. Should have been an easy task? Apparently not. The process was smooth I was able to get a phone and trade in my old phone, I didn’t want the next up, no phone insurance. I didn’t get to see any paperwork, didn’t sign anything. Walked out of there thinking it was smooth. That’s when the issues happened. A few days later I can’t send texts, I try to call my husband. Turns out the employee NEVER transferred my number. I had the transfer pin and he even had me write it down. He never did that. HE ALSO signed me up for “next up” AND “phone protection”; which I explicitly said I did not want either..MULTIPLE TIMES. Because I realized this a week later ATT will not refund me at all. I’m writing this to hopefully warn people and maybe their next bill won’t be 300$ like mine is about to be. (Next month after the add ons he added are taken off my bills only 149)
So buyer be warned; make sure you get to see whatever they decide to add on before you walk out the door and get pretty much scammed out of an extra 50+ bucks so an employee could make a few extra dollars on his paycheck, and then go back to sitting down watching tv on their phone while on the clock.

Jackie went above and beyond to help me. Tbh, I didn’t get what I thought I would at another store and Jackie made it right and got me all set up. Very friendly and helpful!

If you want any questions answered don't rely on this place. I called to ask a simple question if they had a phone on display and the guy hung up immediately. Unbelievable you pay for service and get terrible support.

Zohaib was super helpful I went in to get a charger and he helped me get a new phone with the promotion and got me a new internet he helped me save money on my bill he is super helpful and kindhearted I told him he deserves a raise and promotion!!!!

These reps at Marble Falls are top tier, the guy that helped me, loss for words how absolutely stellar he was. He had all the bases covered, no question or concern I had even made him flinch. Dude was on point and killing it for yall, deserves a steak and a beer at the very least. Helluva guy and if it didn't keep him down where he doesn't belong I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Even walked me into getting the s24 Ultra without breaking a sweat. Calm cool and informative.
