“We took our 2017 Porsche Cayenne in for what we thought was a serious engine or drivetrain shuddering issue. The team at Elite diagnosed it quickly and found it to just need transfer case servicing. They also solved a sensor issue in our coolant tank. The cost of the repairs was far less than we were anticipating. Great communication and friendly staff as well. “Where do I start, except to say outstanding!! I have 2005 Mercedes Benz SL500, and for those unfamiliar, it has a hard retractable convertible top. And as you can imagine, after 21 years things are beginning to fail. Thankfully Swann’s garage is available. I moved here two years ago and never thought that someone locally would even attempt a repair, must less really know the system, however Steve truly knows his stuff. He’s repaired the system twice. It was half of what the other places told me. I got my car today. Everything works perfect, and it was exactly the amount they quoted me. No hidden charges no unexpected problems. He even fixed my horn and didn’t charge me for that! And the hood latch that was broken and didn’t Charge me for that either! These guys have got my business for the rest of my life and I highly recommend them for whatever you need on your car or truck. They are trustworthy, Dependable and affordable !”

Burnet Glass doesn't have many reviews but I trusted the 1 that I saw and left a message for them. They quickly returned my call and asked for me to text with the details and a photo of the window in question.They were not expected to be able to look at it for a few days but ended up coming the same day. Gave me a reasonable quote with complete info as to timeline and terms.The product came in right on time and the appointment was scheduled. After a rocky start to the install (all due to an issue on my side), they completed the job. Even though it took a lot longer than they anticipated, they stuck with the amount quoted.”

“I had a 5.2 supercharge coyote engine dyno’ed by Kirk. He did a great job and kept me updated along the way. It was in a 67 mustang Eleanor. It was all new parts in the build. When I got it back the clutch blew a part and broke the end off of the starter and lock up the engine. None of this was Kirk’s fought. People need to realize when you have a care strapped onto a dyno that is the worst environment your car will ever see. If you have a weak link in your drive train the dyno will find it. So my message here is, don’t blame the dyno tech if your car fails. I fixed the issues and the car is awesome. He got almost 800 hp at the engine. Thanks Kirk. I will use him again in the future.”

“After a \"hit and run\" at a local retail store, I contacted Jerry at Collision Express for an estimate. Jerry was very helpful and informative on what needed to be done and provided me an estimate within 15 minutes or so. I chose to take my 2019 Honda CR-V to his shop for the repairs because of the great service and communication I had received in getting the estimate and days following. Repairs were completed and I am back on the road. I have zero complaints, there were no issues, no surprises and I do 100% recommend Collision Express to anyone in need of auto body repair.”

“Nice place and office staff. They provide you a Service Check List after the work is completed. Based on the fact that the technician did not reset the oil change indicator nor did he fill the windshield washer fluid, I have no faith in the fact that he did anything else on the check list that he said he did. The $15 discount is a joke as they are not competitive even after you subtract $15. Don't go there!Shortly after my review, I was contacted by the manager. He was genuinely concerned. I have had a similar job where your business's reputation is based on the service received by the customer. I suspect he will have a conversation with his technicians. And by the way, he offered a free oil change to encourage me to give them another try which I will. Based on his response, I have changed my review from one star to five.”
