The service technician did not order correct parts on my vehicle and did not call to inform me of the wrong parts he was going to have installed. My vehicle is High Velocity Yellow and the paint colors did not match. Anyone with a set of eyes can see that they used a Grey primer and it bleed thru the yellow causing the paint to be green. The manager has been informed of the issues and has not done anything to make it correct.

I absolutely 100% love caliber collision in marble falls. They fixed my car in a very timely manner and did such a fantastic job. They even washed it and cleaned it for me. How precious. I highly highly recommend them

Had my wife’s car repaired after a deer strike. Service was terrific great communication and actually finished ahead of schedule!!! Now they have my truck as well for the same thing just weeks apart. So far the same excellent service and communication.

Made 2 trips & still didn't get a damage appraisal. Was told unofficially that my vehicle would probably be totalled, but would not be able to get the appraisal until July!
Would have to leave the car with them for 2 days, just for the inspection.
Not satisfied & will be getting back in touch with Alstate. Another repair company could have given me an estimate in about 2 hours, but I opted to follow Alstate's instructions.
Not satisfactory at all. Attached is the only thing I was able to find out.
A wasted 70 mile trip.
