HORRIBLE CUT AND EVEN WORSE COLOR-Patricia was horrible, perhaps time to consider retiring if this is what you think is acceptable.
By far the worst "haircut and color" I have ever seen. Don't take my word for it, review the pictures. This is awful and absolutely unacceptable work and customer lack of service.
Uneven cut throughout, horribly uneven color-ugh, see the pics, yellow and now fried hair????
You cannot argue the pictures CRS. This is embarrassing work. DO NOT GO HERE! Take your time to read the similar reviews first.
I spoke with Patricia, the "stylist and GM" who created the mess, and she was quick to refund the hair cut admitting it was bad. 8 months of growth is having to be cut off to correct your work. She felt she did the color work so she wouldn't budge a penny, not a customer service in good faith discount, or simply charge for materials discount.
Again, you be the judge. Is this an experience you would want???
So now add insult to injury, it will be $250k, plus a tip, to someone that knows what they are doing to correct Patricias $180 color hack job. "I did the work", does not mean you did it correctly.
On top of it all, she offered to straight iron it so she could see it better, to correct the errors and had the audacity to want to charge for the straight iron work. Shame on you Patricia and Creative Roots Salon for treating your customers this way.
We are very reasonable and provided you multiple opportunities to work with the pricing and you declined.
The full-on embarrassment and having to hide this by wearing a hat until corrected turns my stomach.
Review the pictures and their other similar experience reviews. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Shame on you "CRS". This kind of work and more importantly treatment, tend to come full circle.

5 stars! I love my wolf ? cut! I needed a trim and was able to get an appointment quickly/ was also in and out. I will absolutely come back/ am getting lots of compliments on my cut ?

Fantastic! I had an emergency Haircut that I needed for the next morning to look good for my business meeting and the lovely lady working there knocked it out of the park and my hair looked fantastic! Shout out from Shinemyglass.com

I rate this salon 0 stars!The stylist I had was incredibly rude from start to finish! I don’t recommend her at all!She completely messed up the color, had to use bleach, didn’t dry my hair all the way (a blow dry isn’t included with a color), or flatiron my hair when I asked from the get go, I had to ask the manager for a brush, because my stylist DIDN’T EVEN USE a brush to brush my hair!It was a rainstorm and when I asked her to completely dry my hair she said “what’s the point, you’re going to get wet when you go outside to your car.” Completely unacceptable, shame on you!When I left she sent me a text message complaining about the manager, how it’s her fault for not having the right color at the salon!SHE STILL CHARGED ME!I WANT A FULL REFUND AND I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER!!

I have been going to Susan at Creative Roots for the past 3 years for perms and haircuts, and they have always been great except for this last one. My hair is ruined! My roots are semi curly, but the hair shaft is straight. When I called back after 5 days, she said "well I used the proper perm for your hair." Also, that beforehand she mentioned my ends. She gave no apology! She said I could come back in and get a conditioner. Well, the ends aren't the entire hair shaft, and if she felt my hair would not take the perm or would be damaged from it, she should have said precisely those words. She could have even refused to do the perm if that were the case, I would have preferred that to my hair being ruined. In addition, some ends are crimped as if she did not roll them properly. I am devastated, I have had stylist approach me and tell me they can fix my hair...very embarrassing.

My daughter loved her new haircut and highlights, and the added pink was the perfect touch. Only wish the pink lasted longer, it faded a bit too quickly.She was still happy with the overall experience and loves her hair.

We were travel cross country, and my husband needed a haircut badly, we went to about 4 salons and called about 5 others, and they're all either booked or appointment only. Creative Roots was my last try, and she took us right in. Another stylish there was able to give our friend a haircut too. The salon was very nice and clean. Thank you for the nice haircut.

They did a great job on an updo for my daughter for prom. I don't think I truly appreciated all that went into putting up the braiding until I took it down for her later. I didn't think to take a pic from the back but it made her feel like a Queen and that is priceless. Thank you .

Love John David! No matter what craziness I throw at him he ALWAYS delivers, pink hair? Check, Purple hair? Check. Oh you want to be blonde this week? Okay! Finally found someone in Marble Falls that isn't afraid of color and doesn't overcharge or charge you to correct their mistake (when I say mistakes I mean another salon made my hair blue & not purple, and charged me to fix it the same fricken day!) Y'all go see them they are great!
