I rate this salon 0 stars!The stylist I had was incredibly rude from start to finish! I don’t recommend her at all!She completely messed up the color, had to use bleach, didn’t dry my hair all the way (a blow dry isn’t included with a color), or flatiron my hair when I asked from the get go, I had to ask the manager for a brush, because my stylist DIDN’T EVEN USE a brush to brush my hair!It was a rainstorm and when I asked her to completely dry my hair she said “what’s the point, you’re going to get wet when you go outside to your car.” Completely unacceptable, shame on you!When I left she sent me a text message complaining about the manager, how it’s her fault for not having the right color at the salon!SHE STILL CHARGED ME!I WANT A FULL REFUND AND I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER!!

My daughter loved her new haircut and highlights, and the added pink was the perfect touch. Only wish the pink lasted longer, it faded a bit too quickly.She was still happy with the overall experience and loves her hair.

We were travel cross country, and my husband needed a haircut badly, we went to about 4 salons and called about 5 others, and they're all either booked or appointment only. Creative Roots was my last try, and she took us right in. Another stylish there was able to give our friend a haircut too. The salon was very nice and clean. Thank you for the nice haircut.

Love John David! No matter what craziness I throw at him he ALWAYS delivers, pink hair? Check, Purple hair? Check. Oh you want to be blonde this week? Okay! Finally found someone in Marble Falls that isn't afraid of color and doesn't overcharge or charge you to correct their mistake (when I say mistakes I mean another salon made my hair blue & not purple, and charged me to fix it the same fricken day!) Y'all go see them they are great!

New to the area and looking for a great place to get a haircut. Unfortunately, the gentleman who answered the phone was dissmissive and cold when asking about availability. It was definitely a let down. Hope to try some other spot in town.

This place is great I won't go anywhere else.Patricia is the best I've been to a lot of salons and I have never found anybody to do my hair as good as she does. If I was to move out of state I think I will fly back just for her to do my hair. I don't think there's anything that she does bad and I've had all kinds of things done and I never have been disappointed about any of it. I recommend her she's the best.

Booked a last minute appt, only because they said they had time for a woman's haircut. Got there a few minutes early. No one greeted me or checked me in. 45 minutes later, still no communication from the stylist. I finally ask the only stylist there if she will be cutting my hair. She simply said yes. 15 mins later, I asked her if I could run down the street real quick for an errand since she just started a blow dry, she said, "well I'm about to close. How long?" So I asked her how much time I have before my appt (appt time had started over 1 hour ago). She turns away and stops talking to me. Another 10 minutes go by and I finally leave. Very unprofessional. Don't take an appt if you don't have the time. Also, work on your customer service skills, like how to greet someone when they walk into your salon.
