Rylee was amazing. I came in today to get a new phone. She was helping me and two other people simultaneously. She was professional, polite, efficient, and just a great employee. These type of qualities are not the norm in retail. Good for Rylee to be the way it should be everywhere.

I love Cricket Wireless. I have had them for years have never until today had any issues with customer service in store or over the phone. Rylee, the representative this morning mishandled not one, but two ladies before mishandling my situation as well. The first was an elderly lady that wasn't fully understanding what Rylee was needing from her but instead of adjusting to her customer she was very dry, snappy and plain rude. The second was a lady that couldn't speak English so basically she couldn't get any help at all. First off- I would like to say that if Rylee could call her store manager for an upset customer it should have been pretty simple for her to do the same to get some bilingual help. Which I know for a fact Carla would have helped with. In my 17 years of customer service I have had to pull a translator out on my phone to help someone myself. It's simple to customer solve when you are dedicated to it and when you are a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP that is literally your ONLY job. Customer satisfaction. Even walking into the store it was very obvious that the young lady has no intention of making anyone feel welcome there. Which I didn't. However, I will say that Carla is amazing as always. This is a manager that always goes above and beyond for her customers and I have always enjoyed her service and store! I appreciated her calling me to follow up about the incident and try to accommodate my circumstances for the visit. The visit in general would have gone much smoother had Rylee had the right deposition as a customer service rep- which was not at all the case. A little compassion and explanation can go a LONG way even in inconvenient situations. I am highly disappointed with her handing of her customers this morning and I really hope its corrected. Our Cricket has always been a very welcoming, helpful store and doesn't deserve that kind of energy.

Carla Cox, store manager, at Marble Falls Tx is my service provider savior!! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in my cellphone needs and service needs. She did not quit when it got rough switching my service from another company. She is a star. Five+ of them!!

I'm never one to shame a place or person on a social platform , but I am 100% certain the cricket store in marble falls has the rudest girl and manager of any professional business I've ever seen. I bought a piece of scrap phone from them. This was at 4pm yesterday. By this morning the power button was cocked sideways . So I broughtvtye phone back . ( THE VERY NEXT DAY ).and she rudly said . Since you didn't get the insurance plan you've gotta pay full retail price . I said, I bought this phone yesterday , you're the one who sold it to me . I get the no insurance thing but this phone is about 14 hrs old its in its case . There is no way possible I could've caused this issue . So unfortunately since they are such ugly people. They will not replace my phone, not work with me in any way . I'm gonna go to another service. I've heard horror stories, but thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt. Stay clear of cricket. At least the marble falls location. You're gonna walk out of there wishing you'd brought vasoline

This was the weirdest cricket I have ever been too. The guy who helped my son and I would not stop talking under his breath. I don't know if homie has some issues but it made me very uncomfortable knowing I have my 5 year old with me. Look, we've all worked at places we hate but you could feel the animosity walking through the door. A group of men came in behind us and the woman there didn't come up to help at all. I'll take my butt a half hour out before I go to this location again.

I bought a Hotspot at cricker then I'm going to turn off my monthly hotspot and it turns out that the manager puts the hotspot on. I pay for my month at the hotspot that she told me was useless. Now I don't have internet and I go to the store and they say they don't know what to do and they don't want to give my money for the month. Put in staff who really know how to do their job.

The manager Carla was very aggressive and did not want to help us at all. She put the line in my name and my friend's name a month ago And now she was extremely aggressive Just for her I'm going to switch to t-mobile or any other company, plus the phone that's supposed to be free charged me $180.

Manager was extremely rude at the Marble Falls location. I was trying to be a new customer but I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend whoever reads this does the same....worst customer service I've ever come across!!!
