Lee was a Christmas Angel when my car broke down on the side of the road as I was an hour and a half into my drive and 3.5 hours away from my destination. He got me the number for an excellent tow company who he had worked with before who could drop my car in his lot even after hours. The next morning, Christmas Eve, he diagnosed it as soon as he opened up and had me back on the road 3.5 hours later. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone. Whether you’re having to deal with an unexpected breakdown or regular maintenance, Lee is a lifesaver.

Lee is such an honest individual. He analyzed my 2013 RX350 and diagnosed it as a bad water pump. He indicated the Lexus required a lot of labor and equipment he didn’t have to properly repair it. He explained what needed to be done to fix it so I would understand what I should be looking for in a repair shop to do the work. On top of all that he wouldn’t charge for the work he did. I’ll definitely take my vehicles back to Lee for other repairs.

Lee Waddell is my main mechanic. He has kept my cars running for nearly 20 years without fuss or salesmanship. Yesterday he gave advice by phone leading to a dead-battery solution at no charge, and I expect he’ll replace my truck battery at a reasonable price today.

I had left my vehicle parked near this auto shop about three blocks down. the key would not go in ignition so I couldn’t start it. I left the key on top of a wheel and caught a ride home.This mechanic had been nice and helpful once in the past and was nearby, so I called him.He said he would walk to get it started and drive it to his shop.When I went to pick up my car, he had added a “towing fee.” Also, he charged to spray graphite in to “clean the cylinder” (but it still needed cylinder replacing).I took car somewhere else for less than half the price to replace cylinder than he quoted.
