They don’t care if you die, they aren’t helping you even if you’re one minute past close and have been trying to get your asthma medication for three days because THEY told you that you had refills available when you didn’t. They then didn’t bother to give me a call back (they said they did but I had no missed calls from them so that isn’t possible) to tell me that said medication had no refills. I would have been able to call my doctor and she would have approved it immediately. Instead, they waited until I showed up to tell me they didn’t have it. I then came the NEXT day after a Teledoc appointment due to my doctor being closed for the weekend, and I got there at 6:01pm (closes at 6pm) and no one would help me. I called to speak to the pharmacist who apparently was the one on duty, just for him to gaslight and insist he didn’t see me (he was also the one who told me he’d given me a phone call that I’d never received so it seems like he’s trying to cover it up).Asthma is a deadly lung disease. Without Advair, I could die of a completely preventable asthma attack. The hoops we have to jump through with CVS to get medication that keeps us alive is ridiculous and people who are lazy, unwilling to be proactive, unwilling to help, do NOT belong in this industry. Even most fast food places will serve you up to 5 minutes after close but not a pharmacy that you’ve been in contact with for 3 straight days.

I needed an emergency refill while out of town and Anthony Wilks and his team were prompt, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I got it in time. I really appreciate this team!

I am in Marble Falls temporarily. I got online and transferred my medicine to Marble Falls. I placed an order and a message was sent to me so I went and picked up, had a small conversation with pharmacist, and came back to my apartment……all in 6 minutes!!! Back home…….standing in line would have taken 1-1.30 hours. It’s horrible so Marble Falls was super fast!!!! Loved it! Thank you, Cindy

I left this pharmacy about 2 years ago and moved my presc to Austin because of problems with refills. Something is very wrong in this store. I never had a problem with Costco, not once. I finally managed to figure out what went wrong at CVS and then they sent me a text that they were out of the drug I needed. Another two frustrating calls and the pills were found in the store. The problem was called a glitch.
