Today I got here a little early for curbside so I called to find out where I should pick it up. I talked to Jeff and he said that he could help get it out anyway.Out of stock on some copper wire, but he had good suggestions about that too. Anyhow, I figured he was busy, but he took time to help, that's why I've given the store 5 rating.I shop at the store a lot and most the time I get pretty good service. Not all the time. But today was really good.

Robin in paint is so helpful. I've brought in several things to color match, and she always takes the time to make sure it comes out right. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I try to make sure to come in when she's working because she's the best!

Home Depot managers please take notice. Customers can not buy products locked up if they can not get someone to open the case. I understand why the tools are locked up. I have no problem with this practice. I can only think of two possibilities. Either you don't have enough people to cover the needs of the business or the people you have could not care less. The result? No sale.

I only shop her because this store donates to non profits alot. I see several local pet and other groups thanking them on there social media. This is really awesome keep up the good work!!!!

You have to recommend this place, where else are you going to get your building supplies in a large box store. There is a competitor across town but for me this is a whole lot closer. The problem with this Home Depot has always been that they are too small. I've complained and complained about the lack of some things that a full-size Home Depot would carry. So when you come here just know that your choices will be limited and they may not have exactly what you need. Their lumber is decent, here lately they have gotten a lot of inferior 2x4's that are extremely rough cut. I think this is an attempt to get a cheaper wood for people who are complaining about the price of wood. The problem with this is it's treated and you only want to use it as a structural member for an outside deck because they are so horrible you would not wanna put them where they can be seen. All that being said there still a lot closer than driving into Austin. They have a way better selection than the smaller stores in town. I have been able to rent tools and machinery from them and once again the selection is slim and they don't have exactly what I need but I have no other alternative. In my opinion they should tear the store down and build a full-size Home Depot and carry everything I come to expect when I walk into a Home Depot. I should also mention it's not always easy to find help if you need it. That being said when someone walks past you they generally always ask you "do you need any help?" But they have to walk past you first and they're not that easy to find when you need them.

some woman who's scanning someone's items tells me to get in the self-checkout line..so that pissed me off, since I don't do self-checkout...so I set my box of nails on the counter while the other girl is standing next to someone BS'ing, and don't see us...so after my grumbling, I start to walk out when the girl sees me and comes over to assist...can't say I won't be back but get your s....together....

Worst Home Depot ever. Placed an order and it took months and several trips plus hours of waiting just to get SOME of the order. Finally had enough and got a refund for the rest of what I didn't get. The store called twice in one day to pick up the rest of my order. After waiting and seeing employees just standing around I decided to pull the order myself from Will Call. I didn't see my order so I went to the shelf to pull from stock. Shelf empty. Went to Customer Service to have them check inventory and they had none. So to recap. I get 2 calls to pick up my order. I drive 30 miles one way only to find out the merchandise isn't even there. This is not the first time mind you. Never order from Home Depot. The Manager should be demoted to floor sweeper. I know Marble Falls is a small uneducated town full of simpletons but if we can train Chimps to go to space and Apes sign language surely we can train humans to check and pull an order before calling a customer to tell them the order is ready for pick up.Pitiful service.

I purchased a new GE Dryer from the Marble Falls, Home Depot. The first load was fine. The next day it developed a clicking noise. I called the GE service number (which had the creepiest woman's voice I've ever heard) which did everything possible to redirect me to the web site. I should know better than to hope to actually talk to a person, so I logged on only to find out that GE wouldn't service it for 2 weeks! So I called the MF Home depot who gave me another number to call which connected me to the same creepy woman recording so I called Home Depot back. They told me it was a vendor issue and they weren't responsible. I mentioned that wasn't an inducement for me to buy anything else from Home Deport and they hung up on me. So yeah, I was snarky, but I'd spent an hour and 1/2 trying to get my less-than-one-day-old dryer serviced. I tried to put a review on the MFHD site but it says their reviews are for products only. "Feedback about customer service or shipping issues is not a product review and should instead be handled by our Customer Service Team."

I've always preferred home Depot over Lowe's due to the convenient location it's clean bathrooms and a speedy checkout. However since stores began extending hours if operation due to corona virus I have been highly disappointed that they close 1 hour earlier than Lowe's this is very inconvenient & beyond frustrating. Can somebody please tell me why Lowe's is open later than home Depot

The tool rental staff are a bunch of yahoo's. They are rude and very uneducated in what they do. I bought a utility trailer they were selling and a 1-1/2 week later no one calls me back with the title. They all keep saying the same thing, call John the manager. I've left 5 messages for John. Oh cow I'm disgusted at the lack of customer service. I called Home Depot corporate customer service number and they said they have numerous complaints regarding this store I'll get my $1000 refund tomorrow. If I need anything, There are other options here in this area.

You all should learn to treat veterans better!!! It is a shame the way I was treated by one of your managers today. I know one thing - because of this I will never buy anything at your store again and never use your company for anything else. I will be canceling my order and taking it to Lowe's where they appreciate veterans and done hassle them. You should have your GM get in touch with me!!!

I understand the difficulties of finding good help. But our experience here in the Marblefalls store was terrible !!! Beyond Terrible ! Lazy employees !! No one seems to care to help you! There was one man , David in appliances (which wasn't our area of shopping ) he was the only one to care and help but wasn't even his department. Thank you to him ! All the others. Take some pride in your work. No matter what you do for a living. Take some pride and strive to do well and whatever it is you may do! Coming from a customer service back ground. I understand the systems and employees may think they have little power but truth is!! They have way more then they think ! They are the faces of the business ! Inventory is hardly ever correct in Home Depot's in general. That is a BIG problem. They really ought to check out their stores reviews and here what people are saying. By reading the reviews on this location .. I learned this was NOT the first bad experience from a customer. Come on Home Depot!!! Step it up !! Lowe's has you beat !!!!
