Up until I had health issues, I frequently reviewed many places.It's the same ol' me. I call them as I see them.I'm sorry for the above review. I thought I was writing a review about a different business.I have never had my windows tinted or other services performed by Innovative Automotive. But will.Several friends have recommended Innovative Automotive to me for tinting. They also have other services for your vehicle to protect the paint from the environment and chips.Come to think of it, my wife keeps asking what I want for Christmas. I'm going to have my windows tinted.Again, I apologize for the error on my behalf. Everything I have read from reviews and the extent of training required by the corporation, which is based in San Antonio, I am looking forward to having my windows tinted by Innovative Automotive.

Called to get some questions answered and they were busy on the line with someone else. A woman (scarry to use that term without receiving backlash as a microagression) called me back and was very nice and informative. I plan on getting all three toyotas tinted and maybe a sound system on the 4runner.

I took my classic '71 Chevy P/U in for total ceramic window tinting. They were so professional and I highly recommend them for their great expertise! So, if anyone needs window tinting in the hill country...I'd recommend them!!

They gave me exactly what I asked for and then some! I can see the attention to detail and the care put into the work that they did this is the most powerful and, badass and beautiful sound system I’ve owned so far. I will probably never see anything I love as much as the job they did for me. They went way beyond my expectations and I recommend anyone to use them for any of their services they do. Such as automotive work, tint work, painting and other stuff I’m not sure of. For me they put in a whole new sound system from front to back including a new alternator and lithium battery to handle the power of my system and my car finally feels like I’m riding in a theater which is exactly what I wanted and that is what they gave me. These guys really know how to take care of you! And they are great at what they do!! Five stars guys! I thank you so much and I will be back!

I've owned too many vehicles in my life. I'm 57 years old and have tinted all of them since I was 16. This is one if the best tint jobs ever done for me! The office is very professional in how they handle their clients. I had my new Toyota Avalon tinted here with their upgraded tint. I must say it looks fantastic! I will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience!

Quentin and his wife are very knowledgeable about their products. Great customer service, great prices. They also get the job done in a very timely manner. Had some issues with my Rockford Fosgate speakers not fitting in the Box correctly. Quentin gave me quite a few options. Recommended some great quality speakers for a reasonable price. Even answered all my questions by text message after work hours. Which was very professional. Also showed me that he definitely wanted my business. Within about 3 or 4 days he had the speakers in. Even offered to put them in my box. For a very reasonable price did the job in a very speedy was very professional kind and courteous. And well I also learned some stuff about Stereos and speakers systems from Quinton while I was there. They definitely appreciate your business. I will definitely bringing my business here from now on and I will be telling all my friends and family how good this place is. Thank you Quentin and Nicki for all y'alls professionalism, knowledge and knowing the right products to recommend your customers to make them happy an the great prices and for the time you spent to get the job done right.
