I've had a terrible experience with an outsourced appliance delivery service. They consistently miss their delivery windows, deliver damaged appliances, and refuse to unbox or install them. Over the past 30 days, I've had three failed delivery appointments. I'm switching to Home Depot. They can keep their 5%, not worth the incompetence!

Unlike the other big box store on the south side of Marble Falls, Lowe's has never referred me to another store for what I need. When I need help or have a question, employees are there to help. Not play hide and seek as it seems with the other store.
The nursery department is great! The employees assigned to the nursery department are very helpful.
From plants to post, I highly recommend Lowe's in Marble Falls.

Went to this store for water softener salt, a pretty simple task. I told the lady in the self checkout line that I wanted 2 bags to which she replied, "which one?" I told her the yellow bag so she rang me up for 2. Simple enough except they only had 1 bag left. I went and told her and she said if they had anymore, it would be in plumbing. Went back to that department weaving my way through Lowes's employees blocking aisles talking to each other and generally not helpful. They didn't have what I needed again. I then had to go to Customer Service to have what I had already bought refunded and then have all the items rung up again. At that point I said to myself lets just return the 1 bag and get a refund on the bag they didn't have and go to another store. Went down the street to Walmart and found a plentiful supply of what I needed at $2.50 less a bag! What upset me the most is the non helpfulness of the employees at this store and for no fault of my own, the hassles they put me through. This store definitely needs to work on their customer service skills. Not good.

Went to the Marble Falls Lowes store over Memorial Day weekend to buy a gas grill. I’ve never encountered such rude, dismissive employees. Tried to convince us that the grills outside were the same as the one we purchased inside. The back was different (open, not partially enclosed) and they were on two wheels, not four like the one we purchased. But these two employees just kept talking over us and insisting they were the same model. We paid $50 more for the inside model than the ones they wanted us to load up from the parking lot. They just disregarded what we were saying and kept aggressively insisting this was the same model. They had no interest in looking at our receipt or the QR code we had scanned. They acted like we were just putting them out. Totally unacceptable behavior and zero customer service skills. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth, they huffed off to pull the floor model we’d seen and paid for. So great…we ended up getting the floor model because these lazy, rude employees couldn’t pawn the cheaper ones in the parking lot off on us. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Lowes store. Which is why I gave two instead of just one star. Not characteristic of the company but seemed to be a theme in this particular town.

I had a few questions and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I went thru self checkout lane and the clerk scanned the items and ran my card! Wow! Customer Service still exist!!
