We stayed in the Austin house, and I highly recommend it for couples. Very fun and the amenities were perfect!

My mother and I stayed in the Inks Suite which was wonderful. It was clean, smelled good, comfortable bed, calming decor, great patios for having coffee in morning or wine in evening. We ran into a minor issue at time of check in which the property management notified us ahead and resolved promptly. The property is in good condition, and you can easily walk to downtown shops. We will be returning!

Cute guest house. But air bnb type- no staff on site.Nice size rooms. Very clean.Seating could be more comfortable in LR. Bed was very comfortable.Right next to main street with cute shops. And walking distance to river. No view in the rooms on the south side.Would visit again.

It says 125. But really it’s 260. And there are quieter places you could pick for that much.

Stayed in the Travis Suite, cute and clean. Great location and within walking distance to the cute shops, restaurants and beer pub. However, car traffic is pretty heavy especially at night and suite is located in front of a club, and down the street from a restaurant that has karaoke on Saturday evenings so be prepared for loud music and loud singing. The bed creaks anytime you move, the coffee maker only warms to a lukewarm does not brew for a hot cup of coffee.

Staying at McKenzie guest house felt like staying at home. The bed is super comfy, the room has everything you need (the room I chose had laundry). It actually looked better than the pictures, which is always the hope and rarely the reality when booking a room! Down town is small but fun—there are a bunch of places within 2 blocks to eat/drink/hangout. All of the communications are handled via text, but the staff were super responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. This is my go-to spot in Marble Falls.

We booked our daughter & her fiance for their wedding night! The rental property company, Horseshoe Bay Living, was super accommodating, easy to work with. We made reservations for an ADORABLE suite at the McKenzie Guest House in Marble Falls, Tx. Our daughter said the company had left them Champagnes & a wonderful "congratulations on your wedding" note! Horseshoe Bay Living made their stay beautiful & memorable! THANK YOU!!!!?❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Celebrating our anniversary. This is a great place to get away. Restaurants and bars virtually next door. No need for designated drivers. Downtown has a real nice and laid back feel. Locals are friendly. 100% recommend for a getaway.

So LOUD. Seriously, for $250 per night they should at least warn you that you are between the 2 loudest venues in Marble falls and that the sound will carry right into your suite... until well into the wee hours of the night. If I had known I never would have picked this place, I struggled to sleep, which was unfortunate because I was in town for a medical procedure and really needed to rest. The suite itself is pretty. Very clean. Nice to have a TV fully loaded with streaming services...

Travis SuiteThis weekend stay was a gift.Check in-received a text message for key pad. Make sure you press key lock to lock door doesn't lock automatically. Once you put in code then press key lock and door will open. Everything was clean. It was awkward because we got the code early and the room wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal for us but might have been for other people. There are only stairs to get into the first floor. Wooden rocking chairs and a table were nice for sitting outside. There is a bar and grill and deli across from the house. To the right are the stores, galleries, boutiques and restaurants. All within walking distance. There are no stores for men so ladies this is more of a shopping weekend for you. So many boutiques are pricey. My favorite one was next door to Sugar Mama called Monroe's. The evening was the worst part of the stay. There was karaoke going on and OMG was I glad they ended at 10:30pm. LOL but those people I'm sure had a blast. However the bar across the street. Hmmm well I don't get why people have to rev their car or motorcycle at 11pm. The loud noises stopped around midnight I think. Trip was overall good would have been better without the noise issue. I don't think I would personally come back but would be good for a girls trip or for people who don't mind the noise at night.

Cute place with a full kitchen. We stayed in the Inks Suit which was tastefully updated and no stairs. Unfortunately, the smoke detectors went off all night 2 nights in a row but the maintenance man replaced them so you shouldn't have a problem. There was a washer and dryer but not very covenenient because the dryer didn't work.

I booked this stay for my daughter as an anniversary present for her and her husband. The owner went out of his way to make it a special trip for them. Great customer service. I would definitely book again.
