We called more than a week in advance to schedule manicures and pedicures for our special girls day with my mom, daughter and niece. We walked in on time for our appointments and were told they didn’t have them written down. I even showed my call log proving the day I called and made them. No accommodations were made to reschedule or get us in later. Very disappointing. We called Angel Nails just the next plaza over and they were more than happy to accommodate us later that afternoon. They did a great job and were clean, too.

Honestly I don’t know why I keep coming back here other than out of convenience. They just don’t do a good job. I’ve had 3 gel manicures so far and every time the paint job has been subpar. They had 2 people trying to force me to pick out my polish color as quickly as possible this last time and it made me very uncomfortable. I get that this is the least worst place in town but I would definitely take the time to drive into Austin. $30 for a color change is just not okay.

I have my nails done so I can relax and not hear constant talking. This was my first visit and I won't return, manicure was ok, but not worth the noise

I had gone to Nails by Kelly one time before with a gift card for my birthday. I was very pleased, so I went back with a friend. The experience was not a good one for either of us. Our nails were cut way too short, then all of mine started splitting and breaking. I am not sure if the instruments were not sanitized or what, but my nails have still not recovered. I was getting the manicure and pedicure for my mother's 90th birthday party. I was so embarrassed by the way they looked. I sent an email to the owner, Kelly, but got no response. I will not go back there, nor will any of my friends.

The instruments were not sanitized. The nail technician, Rose, was on her cellphone, on speaker, the entire time she did my nails. She took approximately 6-7 phone calls on speakerphone. No, thank you. I will not go back.

Got our nails done for a wedding.? Pros:-We had great pedicures last time so we came back for manicures.-We called ahead to make an appointment and they got us in no problem.? Cons:-They got polish on 3 different parts of my sister’s hand, and left it.-Rushed the massage that lasted about 15 seconds per hand.-They finished with bubbles in our polish and they did not remove the excess from underneath our nails.-The total cost was $66.
