Dropped off my car for a bumper replacement. They were very friendly. I appreciated the texts I'd receive about every other day informing me of my car's repair progress. I even got my car back earlier than predicted!
Bonus:
They did an EXCELLENT job detailing the outside of my car which I didn't know was part of the service! Fantastic company!

This is my first time ever having to deal with a shop for auto repair, and I am SO thankful my husband chose to take us to Gerber Collision in Marble Falls! They did such an amazing job fixing my front end on my vehicle, and going above and beyond with vacuuming/washing it as well! (I did not expect this part at all!)
Clayton, the manager met me outside when I pulled up, allowed me to wait inside with my baby while he was getting pictures, and information from my 4Runner. He assured me that once we got the process rolling, they would have everything taken care of. He was 100% correct, everything from having the car rental place pick me up, to getting my vehicle back 4 days earlier than planned schedule!
Rose, the receptionist is a fantastic contribution to this company. She’s professional, outgoing, super friendly, and was very helpful during the entire process.
Having a baby, teenager, and running 2 business’ is super faced paced. This team had me in, and out from the estimate to the drop off, the rental pick up, to the initial
pick up.
I felt like I was apart of their family, which is hard to find in this fast paced world. To management, Rose at the front desk, and the mechanics who did their magic, I couldn’t be more than grateful!
Thank you Gerber Collision & Glass! We will be more than pleased to handle future business with y’all!

I had a accident in Marble Falls Tx that was not my fault I was referred by my insurance company to use I believe Gerber did a wonderful job putting my car together but they ran into a problem with my computer calibration Rose called me with updates and was very persistent with updates I would give them a 4 out of 5 Thanks Rose

Horrible experience. They lost one of the two quotes they did. told me my car was ready and when I came to get it only half of the repairs were done. After I had to send them the quote they never called me. Once it was “ready” the second time they somehow didn’t fix it all, again. I almost maxed out my rental insurance. Rose at the front desk made the process so much worse than it should have been as well.

I brought my pickup to the Marble Falls location for hail repair as per their appointment scheduling. However, a week later, they informed me that they could not do the repairs because they were too busy and wanted to send it to another shop. It ended up in Helotes, which is almost 100 miles away from Marble Falls. Despite being told that the paintless dent removal would take 3-5 days, I kept receiving notifications that the repairs were still ongoing for weeks. After a month, the pickup was still in the paintless dent removal stage. Subsequently, it was moved to a San Antonio location for further work. Initially, we were informed that we could pick it up at the San Antonio location, but later they told us it would be returned to Marble Falls for pick up as initially agreed. We were also told the wrong bed cover was ordered and it would have to be reordered. After picking up the vehicle, we discovered the driver-side locking mechanism was not functioning. We returned the pickup for repairs to the locking mechanism, and upon trying to pick up the vehicle, they couldn't locate the keys. The keys were finally found, having been dropped down into the windshield cowling. A month later, the missing bed cover has supposedly been ordered and available in a week or two. They said we would have to return to have it installed. However, when initially discussing the bed cover, they said they would bring it to our home and install it there. This is the second time we have used Gerber for hail repair on this pickup. Both times, the estimate was about 60% of the actual final cost. I will NOT be using Gerber Collision again. The total time without the vehicle was nearly six weeks, and the insurance company estimated that repairs would take less than a week.

If any of you ever need body repair work on your car, and I hope you don't, but if you do, I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass in Marble Falls. They did a beautiful job on my car ~ it looks brand new! They kept me informed with the status of the repairs throughout the process. Kaitlyn was my contact person and she's awesome. In fact, everyone I dealt with was great! First class service!

Progressive Insurance sent me there to have hail damage estimated. Thank you, Progressive. I was so impressed I was going them to do the repairs, and they are who I will use if the need ever arises. Progressive took two months to decide to total my Jeep. Gerber had my highest possible recommendation.

Progressive insurance seems to run the business. Too busy to give estimates. Poor customer service skills. Will not use them!!!
