I take my dog there every month for a bath. You do it yourself but it's much easier than doing it at home and it's only $15. They provide shampoo, conditioner, apron, high sinks, towels, and blow dryer. Everyone there is really nice, especially Susan.

I’m giving five stars for Hunter, he was amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful.
I give 1 star for them not carrying the flavor cat food that my cats like, they used too but not anymore.

They have bugs (beetles) in all of their dog treats including the treats in the display. I saw the manager and an employee shaking bugs out of the treats and smashing them. If your dog gets sick from eating their treats you know why.

You can see how much the employees care about the animals in their store. They spend alot of time socializing and getting to know the animals they're selling. 5 stars, great staff

Wow. Went to buy a Fluval filter. Sign said $39.99 got to register and it charged me 49.99 and when I said something the little rude shift lead girl acted like I was trying to scam them or something. I just wanted it for the price that it said it was!!!! She gave it to me for that price but was extremely rude in the process. Won't go back. Save your time and go to the other pet store.

This is an incredible pet supplies store. The staff are very friendly (not intrusive or overly communicative, and that trait makes me very uncomfortable), the prices are very fair, the selection is incredible, the bags of litter, cat & dog food are sized adequately (ranging from small to huge), they have pet food and supplies that can't be found at the grocery store, their parking lot is a decent size, and the store is very well stocked. This is my go-to shop for pet supplies as I love supporting local small businesses.

When the manager is here things are great. But when I went to get my usual amount of crickets to feed my reptiles, I was told by a shift lead that she was unable to sell to me regardless of having the quantity needed. She even stated she’d be getting more tomorrow and to come back then. No thanks, lost my business.
On another note, there’s an employee who works here that believes snakes don’t need to drink water… I guess that explains why there are bone dry water bowls left in snake cages. This place should be shut down.
