Pinnacle keeps me topped of for a decade

Very difficult to get a hold of marble falls office. On 2 separate occasions the valve was broken during a fill causing 6 months of propane to leak out during 1 month. Both times I was charged for the repair and refill of propane. Very dissatisfied. Also if you try to go to the office to speak to someone they barely open the gate so they look closed. Also terrible communication between staff members. Told different times and dates by different members. Was told I would be contacted by district manager regarding the previously mentioned incidents. Never contacted. No emails returned. No calls returned.

Terrible customer service while trying to get a cylinder filled. Technician had to run to O’Reillys so the three of us in line were told to wait! Was given the option to leave the bottle with name and phone and they would call when ready. 3 hours later I attempted to call and finally got someone in Dallas! They don’t answer the phone in Marble Falls apparently. Anyway, he found out that it was ready so i returned to the station. I asked why they didn’t call when it was ready and the same lady told me they don’t do that!! What was the point of giving you my number? She then charged me for an empty bottle instead of a partially full in which it was. I’ll never go back. BTW maybe put some effort into opening your gate all the way so you actually look open!

I was a new customer because the home I purchased was already a Pinnacle customer. I can safely say this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a customer focused business. From lack of responsiveness to inability to get straight answers for simple questions on propane delivery to dismissive and uninformed operators this company has many internal issues. I would never recommend them to anyone needing propane. I had the same issue with them twice even though they had assured me the delivery and automatic propane fill issue had been addressed. I was very fortunate to find another propane supplier within a few hours that was responsive and valued customer service and oh yea, delivered my propane so I could live in my home comfortably. Overall good ending especially since I am rid of Pinnacle propane.

Great service
