Terrible customer service while trying to get a cylinder filled. Technician had to run to O’Reillys so the three of us in line were told to wait! Was given the option to leave the bottle with name and phone and they would call when ready. 3 hours later I attempted to call and finally got someone in Dallas! They don’t answer the phone in Marble Falls apparently. Anyway, he found out that it was ready so i returned to the station. I asked why they didn’t call when it was ready and the same lady told me they don’t do that!! What was the point of giving you my number? She then charged me for an empty bottle instead of a partially full in which it was. I’ll never go back. BTW maybe put some effort into opening your gate all the way so you actually look open!

I was a new customer because the home I purchased was already a Pinnacle customer. I can safely say this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a customer focused business. From lack of responsiveness to inability to get straight answers for simple questions on propane delivery to dismissive and uninformed operators this company has many internal issues. I would never recommend them to anyone needing propane. I had the same issue with them twice even though they had assured me the delivery and automatic propane fill issue had been addressed. I was very fortunate to find another propane supplier within a few hours that was responsive and valued customer service and oh yea, delivered my propane so I could live in my home comfortably. Overall good ending especially since I am rid of Pinnacle propane.

i have use them for years and i ordered like i always do paid the drivers and all was well. then i got a bill saying i owed what i just paid. i called irving marble falls asked to speak to a manager and nver could speak to one. was told it would be taking care of because someone had put my payment in someone elses account. well 4 months later i have called so many times i have lost count and they are still sending me a billing saying i owe them. this is the most ridiculous thing i have ever been through with a propane company. its just said that this company can admit they made a mistake but yet not fix the mistake.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TEXAS! Posted Hours are Ignored! I drive by for fuel and gates are closed most days/hours. I once caught the lady leaving at noon locking the gate…she said she was “going to lunch”. I asked when she’d be back, she replied not today (Friday) I asked When I could buy fuel, she replied “We’re open M-F ordinary hours.” I said I’ve tried numerous times….she interrupted “IF YOU”LL LET ME FINISH!” I let her finish. She says Nothing new. I’ve wasted HOURS on the phone listening to bad music and recordings, and NO REAL PERSON EVER ANSWERS!HORRIBLE SERVICE! Often dyed diesel prices are HIGHER than HEB regular diesel. Grrrr…

Horrible customer service. They won't return a phone call. They can't get their billing in order and can't keep up with their customers information. The gates at the local Marble Falls office are always closed so you can't even go up there to talk to the office staff. I've been on hold for 45 minutes and still haven't got to talk to anyone in the local office.

Let me start out by saying I have been a loyal customer of this company for many years. That being said, the service I recently recieved, or more to the point still have not recieved has been abhorrent! The new scheduling system obviously does not work, and when you try to contact the local office you stay on hold for at least an hour or more. We ordered gas and were told we were on the schedule to be delivered two weeks ago. Still waiting. The only reason I rated as one star is because there is not a lower rating! I reccomend purchasing your gas from another company if you want to avoid the same poor quality service!

Second time in a year they can be of no service because I travel and they don’t answer phones on the weekend. Because a builder broke a gas line and I’m out of town, the person staying here couldn’t cook or shower. So 5 days no gas cause they wouldn’t call me back like they said they would during business hours but didn’t. They literally turned off the gas at my house after 3 days because I wasn’t home. Was speaking to them via my video cameras and caught it on camera to turn off. Why would they have to turn it off on the 3rd day and not day 1 or 2 causing day 4 and 5 without gas because they wouldn’t come back? Then to try to reach them…good luck. Horrible company and run Alliant Gas as well who is my provider.

This company is a scam! they delivered propane to me in Nov. of last year at 2.30 per gallon and just filled my tank at 3.29 per gallon. I was supposed to be on frequet refill, but they never came unless i called. I was supposed to get discount on that program. I had to get propane from another company during last yrs. big freeze because they did not keep me filled and it happened again 2 days ago when i had to rent 2 hotel rms because my girlfriend had covid and we were running out of propane. They said they knew I was down to 6 % . If they knew I was low how come i was not filled earlier. Now I have been with this company when they had an office in Georgetown, but they say that has been gone for 3 Yrs. I really liked the old owner, but they have been sold to a big company who really doesn't seem to care about their customers. I think they are using the same business model as SUBURBAN propane who also jacks their rates without notice and are a nightmare to deal with. DO NOT USE this company. Go with the smaller companies who are currently charging approx. 2.85 per gallon. State average is 2.89 as of 1/17/22. KNOW prices before you buy. I will never be purchasing from PENNICLE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Huge thank you to Pinnacle for coming out on this blustery, wintery day. The roads are icy and snowy and yet they came to Burnet to fill out near empty tank. We have always had great service with Pinnacle.

Their cylinder exchange isn’t too good. Exchanged one, weighed it at the house. 12.5 lbs is all they put in a 20 gal tank. Took it back and got a different tank. . This tank weighed in at 12.75 lbs. I’m not going back again but I won’t forget they’re under filling tanks. At least my two tanks they did. They do advertise they only put 15 lbs in em. I would of been happy with that.

No one there to fill the tank except early in the morning before the route drivers leave. No thanks
