Beware!!! The dollar machine takes every other dollar and spits out nothing. I called the phone number on the machine and no one answers or calls you back. I would have used my credit card but left my wallet at home. I will never come back and put this on my post because there is no customer service what so ever.

Got in here put $4.75 started to wash the tires and the hose had a huge leak. Since I couldn't get out the money I foam washed it but then I couldn't rinse it cuz it quit accepting money. I called, of course no answer. Had to go to another stall to rinse So I just rinsed and left of course leaving this comment first. Need to put a sign out of here that says stall not working

Very disappointed in the cost to hand wash my car. Any other car wash I go to the initial cost to get started gives you 5 minutes to start then each additional quarter is 30 seconds to a minute.
Not here.. you get 330 minutes to start then 15 seconds each quarter after. I didnt realize it the first time, I ran out of time since there wasnt an alarm to let you know it was running low. So I did a video the 2nd time showing how little time they provide.

I use this car wash cause it's convenient to my house. I would recommend getting and using the discount coins, just seems like you get more time using these coins as apposed to regular coins.

I use self serve bays. Love being able to start the wash with the app, unfortunately the App is “offline” 1/3 of the time. As of recently the wash is always out of “triple foam” which is really the only reason I come to this carwash so I can wash my car by hand with a sponge using the triple foam. Very disappointing to start the wash and waste money to find out that I can’t wash my car because theres no foam. When the wash is up and running properly, it’s awesome. Unfortunately that’s rare these days.

Pretty much a ripoff. I ran out of quarters so I used my credit card to rinse off my car. I only used it for about a minute and I switched it to Spot-Free Rinse. To my surprise and disappointment, nothing came out of the sprayer, so I ended my wash. I was shocked to find out the next day that my credit card was charged $15 for this! I could have gone to the newer car wash down the road and gotten a much better carwash for a cheaper price. Beware of using your credit cards here!!!

I use the self serve bays. I like how charges stop when you stop the wash with the stop button in this app. The water pressure is good and like the options of the different waxes. PLUS I earn loyalty points.

Bought a carwash using the app. Carwash didn't work. Tried to call the number on sign that says call for assistance " to report it and no one answers. Called 4 times.

Card reader doesn't work , horn doesn't sound to let you know time left. 10 bucks for a 4 $ job very dissatisfied with this carwash. 20 seconds a quarter biggest ripoff in Marble Falls.

I used this car wash yesterday and selected the $8 basic wash. When I checked my account I was charged $10. I tried to call the listed number and it was disconnected. This was my favorite car wash but no more.
Edit: I checked my account and the charge was now correct. I’m not sure how that happened but thought it was fair to update my review.

I didn't like it, the soap brush didn't work , and I tried a different bay but supposedly the soap line was frozen. I called the man I'm charge and he tried to tell me that some times we have to be happy with what we have(in different words) He did offer a refund but I just went to a different one
