Cashier is always a grouch and very demandy but I bought a phone charger and it didn’t work went back the next day with receipt and charger and they wouldn’t even exchange or refund for it don’t waste your time here also cashier is constantly talking on phone while checking customers out has happened on several occasions

Friendly staff and they have anything I might need if I can’t make it to the store. Could be cleaner, little dirty on the inside and looks run down on the outside but it gets the job done.

On 4/26/20 we purchased fuel on pump #4 at the RoundUp/Valero on 281. Almost immediately our 2016 Volvo started having problems running and the engine light and other alerts came on. Made it back to HSB but we couldn't get it to run right so had to tow to Volvo of Austin ($300+) and they found "fuel" was less than 50% gas (another $725 for repairs). The station said they won't do anything (even though everyone can see that they are working on the tanks since then). We have all original receipts (for the fuel itself, and tow and repairs) and have made a complaint to TX Dept of Ag. Being out over $1k is a big deal, so we will be heading to small claims court. Check out Volvo's findings (attached) and if you have gotten bad gas at this station, here is the complaint form for the TX Dept of Agriculture:

We stopped our bike to get gas in marble falls on Sunday 4/26/2020 and immediately had mechanical issues. Got bad gas. Fellow bikers beware.

I came through town on a Sunday and got gas from this station. The station had a water leak in their tank and it caused issues with my car. The owner of the gas station was apologetic and paid for the mechanic bill to drain the gas from my tank. Every business will have mishaps, but how they handle it is what matters. Thank you!

So I got gas here and the guy said the pumps were brand new like 12 days ago and my truck said low fuel when I pulled in and when I turned it back on still saod low fuel. My truck usually goes up immidoatley. I don't think I got any gas at all.

FALSE PRICES. Saw a good price for diesel driving up US Highway 281 turned around to come back only to see that the price was a different amount on the other side of the sign. When I pump the gas it was $.30 cents higher than that!!! I told the Indian speaking clerk but he would not change the sign only would tell me it was a new ownership and he would tell his boss who lived in Houston. He would not give me his bosses phone number either. It's a scam there. take a look at what you're paying before you pump!
