“Heather is super friendly and accommodating and so easy to work with. We've had our unit in covered storage with electric for most of the past 5 years or so at Howdy Boat & RV Storage. 24-hour access worked with our crazy schedules and our rig and its contents were always safe. Having the electric access was a definite plus during the freezes we've had on occasion. Easy access from Marble Falls, too.”

“We caught each other on a bad day, their website was being worked on and they were preparing for their opening of the second location and I was just busy and tired. I left a message about the challenges with the website and the manager called me back anyway and left a message to let me know she was sorry about the confusions and would be happy to help me. I took a chance and returned the call and She was very helpful and pleasant and I will be doing business with them very soon as I am moving from out of town.”
“I've had a unit with Fairland Storage for some time now \u0026 can't complain. Location is secure, fenced, lighted(exterior \u0026 in units), you must have a code to enter, cameras on site...so no funny business going on there. Kevin is courteous and competent. Owner is super nice! Way easy to talk to! Give them a call if you need some extra room.”

“I just rented a climate controlled unit at the newer facility on Industrial Blvd and was blown away by how friendly and helpful the manager, Rachel, was. There was an issue with the automatic lighting in the building my unit was in, and she loaned me a powerful LED torch so I didn't have to work in the dark. She's been extremely easy to get ahold of anytime I've needed anything, and I really value that. A++ for the management there. I do hope the lighting situation gets solved soon, but other than that, I have no complaints!”
