Had my old Golf cart batteries swapped for Lithium. They picked up cart on Monday and returned to my house on Tuesday. Very easy and convenient, thank you guys.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Smart Wheels Golf Carts and the owner Tommy. My elderly grandparents purchased what was advertised as a 2023 golf cart, but upon further inspection, it turned out to be a 2022 model. Despite presenting evidence, owner Tommy not only refused responsibility but also displayed rude behavior, gaslighting, and intimidation towards my elderly grandparents and myself. Be cautious when dealing with this business, and don't be swayed by excuses if you encounter similar issues.Anticipating Tommy's response to this review, it's likely he'll resort to excuses instead of taking responsibility for selling my 84-year-old grandparents a misrepresented 2022 golf cart labeled as a 2023. His hostile reaction and denial when they raised the issue initially, followed by continued denial and aggression towards me when I intervened, reflects a concerning lack of accountability for their deceptive actions.I would highly suggest to avoid working with this dealership all together, but if you do decide to, please proceed with caution & do your due diligence before purchasing anything from them.To all previous customers, I highly suggest you contact Icon corporate and request information of the year of your golf cart using the LTA# near the pedal of your cart. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been doing this to more than just my grandparents unfortunately.EDIT after Tommy’s response: as you can see by Tommy’s response he is childish, rude, and this is reflected in all of his responses to the negative reviews on his business page. There is 0 accountability & 0 apology for what he did to my grandparents or to any person he has wronged it seems.I never called him yelling, on the contrary he called ME, was immediately hostile with me and yelled at me for my email trying to stand up for my grandparents which was actually extremely calm considering he scammed my grandparents. I have the phone recording as well of him yelling at me that I’m happy to send to anyone that would like to hear it. I never once yelled when I rightfully should have after what he did to my grandparents, yet he spoke to me like I was a child (I’m 33), with 0 respect and continued to yell at me for the first 5 minutes of the conversation, until he finally let me speak.At the end of the day, he sold my elderly grandparents a cart he purchased from the Icon manufacturer in December 2021 (which is technically then a 2022 cart) as a 2023 golf cart. Icon corporate has confirmed this & also agrees with us that he is completely wrong in the situation.Please proceed with caution when dealing this company & do your due diligence.

We searched all over the country for the best deal on an Icon golf cart, and it turns out the best deal was 5 miles up the road. We first met Richard, the owner's son, while they were out on vacation and their boys were manning the store. Richard was super enthusiastic and an absolute pleasure to work with.. When we finally decided to make the purchase on Friday at 1 PM, they had the seats changed to the color we wanted, and the cart delivered by 5 PM the same day. So far we absolutely love the cart and are so glad that we were able to buy local and support a local family run business. Thank you to Tommy, Erin, Richard, and the entire Smart Wheels team! We've already told other friends about you and hopefully they'll be buying a cart from you soon too! Thank you!

Bought a used cart had it serviced once.Began having problems. Called several times to have it picked up for repairs. Parts were ordered I was told.Bottom line………Lousy service. Cart was repaired elsewhere. Can’t always use local companies even if you try.

I had a windshield problem with my Club Car Onward while at my grandsons golf tournament in Kingsland, stopped in there and they went out of their way to help me with a used part to fix it and refused to let me pay them. Had our golf cart repaired and when we went to pick it up was charged 80 dollars to only find out three wires were backwards and the reverse lever was backwards. Our golf cart went super fast in reverse and super slow in the forward position. We had to hire another company to once again fix there problems. This was not the only issue and we do not recommend them.

I have been a customer since they opened. My last project was replacing my batteries for sealed batteries for my golf cart. Got my cart back the next day. Great service and great people.

Covid has slowed down parts for all golf cart companies but Smart Wheels delivered what they promised. Great looking cart, all custom. They even gave me larger wheels than i ordered. Highly recommend!
