Every time I go in there the customer service is on point and excellent. Very friendly staff always willing to help and answer any questions and point you in the right direction. The store definitely looks a lot better and is a lot more well stocked than it used to be. I would love to give everybody there a shout out. Thank you all for your hard work and always making people feel welcome.

The old blonde cashier here is terrible. More white hair than blonde. My husband and I were trying to buy wine. Absolutely horrible customer service. Happened on 3/29 right before 2pm.

Store looks great compared to what it used to look like. The staff for the most part is extremely pleasant and helpful. However there are a few that you can tell they don't want to be there. Customer service skills severely lack in a few of them and it would really help if they got more employees that knew how to count and could tell the difference between a sober person and an intoxicated person. I went in there twice today because they sell water and sodas cheaper than where I work when I back the second time to get a soda and something for after work one of the girls said that that was my third time in there and that I was drunk. LOL that was beyond ridiculous. I will now be spending the little bit extra to just buy the drinks where I work and as far as my after work drinking goes I'll be going to the other liquor store in town where they can tell the difference.

They have a good selection. Frequently sell out of my favorite, Evan Williams, but that just lets me try other options. Bought some really good brandy, instead.

I always get great service at the marble falls specs. Selections is good for most of my wine needs and their liquor selection is very deep.
