I called this place about 5 times, different times of the day and nobody ever answered. I drove by thinking maybe there was someone inside who just hated phones, they where closed up even during their business hours. According to their website, which are: Mon & Tue: 9AM - 5PM Wed-Fri: 9am-1pm Afternoons available by phone Sat & Sun: by Appointment- On the door it said closed during lunch, but no specific hour for lunch was listed, so you would think noon but nobody was there at 11AM or 1:30PM on a Monday. I know its not a big business renting storage so office hours could be limited but not being there when you're supposed to is just silly. When I did finally got a hold of a lady on the phone she claimed to be at a unit and would be back in 15 minutes. When I met her at the office she was all excited to rent me a 10X10 unit and took my check in a heart beat. It was after all the paperwork was done when she said "oh this was one of the auction units, lemme have a guy go check to see if its empty." I had other stuff to take care of so I left, got a call about 30 min later saying that the person who bought the unit at auction wouldn't be able to clean it out "for a while" and never gave a specific time to vacate. How do you rent out a unit that isn't even ready and how do you let people buy the contents at auction and don't require them to empty the unit within X amount of days? I told her to shred my check and I went to another storage facility that knew more about their units and had a better price for the same 10x10.
