I’m not sure which young woman this was, but she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve used the kiosk many times for Amazon returns and know how it works, but in this case both kiosks were completely full and my box was too large to fit. The machine even instructed me to get assistance. Since I didn’t want to just leave the package sitting on top, I politely approached her for help.
Instead of being understanding, she immediately acted annoyed and told me, “If it says no box, no label, then you just put it in a bag.” I tried to explain that the drop areas were full, but she just repeated herself in a condescending tone, making me feel like I had done something wrong by asking. When I offered to take the package back and handle it myself, she refused and said, “You’re already on our side—that’s what the kiosk is for. Next time do it over there,” again in a very dismissive way.
It literally took her only a few seconds to help, so I don’t understand the attitude. I was polite the entire time and simply followed the instructions the kiosk gave me. I’ve never had a bad experience at this UPS before—in fact, the young man with piercings and tattoos is always extremely helpful and kind. But this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’ll make sure to avoid going to her in the future.

Passing through Marble Falls and caught this store at peak rush on a Friday. I was a little concerned, but the guys worked the line with service and efficiency. I was impressed and the team on duty today (Friday 9/5) deserve a pat on the back. I didn’t catch their names or I’d call them out.

I have a mixed review of the store. I called several times and no one ever answered or returned my voicemail. I ended up just going into the store and Lee was working. It was VERY busy but he was pleasant and efficient.

Maybe be under new management or new crew but my experience has been great for the last year or so. Prior to that, I did dread the visits. Lines will always be long but nice to be welcomed by a happy, smiling face.

Looks like my review will reflect the many reviews before me…came in this morning only because I am forced to use this store (due to its location) only to be treated horribly by the elderly lady with short hair yet again. I dread going into the store because I always worry I’ve “done something wrong.” Apparently today I committed a cardinal sin. I struggled to place a very heavy box on the scale as she just stood there watching me. Immediately, she told me I packaged it wrong and in the manufacturer’s box which is not allowed. The box was NOT the manufacturer’s box, it was a heavy duty box I found because the box my shipment came in was destroyed beyond belief. She scolded me loudly and said “if you can read, it gives you actual instructions how it should be brought to us.” I stood there like a deer in headlights for two reasons: 1) this is not the first time she’s done this to me and others 2) she didn’t offer to simply hand me tape to close the box as that was the real issue. I had finally had enough and looked her in the eye and calmly said “you could speak nicer to me, it’s really not that hard.” This infuriated her as I told her she embarrasses people for any and every little thing and it’s not necessary.” At that point she invited me to not return to her store and I informed her that I would voluntarily and happily comply with that. As we exited the store, my 8 year old yelled that we weren’t coming back and that she is toxic. If an 8 year old knows what’s right and wrong, you might want to take look at that. I wrote the previous couple interactions off as her having a bad day. At this point, this is simply her personality and the repeated behavior should be unacceptable. She obviously loathes her job and hates people.
I’m sure this review will be met with the standard “we’re sorry you experienced this at our store” response. I encourage you to listen to your customers and hold her accountable. Consider the many bad reviews you are getting as an area pointedly needing improvement. A 2.6/5 stars is horrific for your business.
This world can already be a stressful, cruel place- why allow your employee to contribute to that? Especially over something as trivial as mailing a package. You never know what someone might be going through.

I went to UPS store in marble falls today & had great customer service from a man named Lee. I haven’t been to this location in a couple years because the prior 2 times I had gone, the women working there were rude as all get out—just ugly to everyone. So I go to the DS location until today. When I walked in, the man there (Lee) was greeting every single person. He was so kind & upbeat. I truly appreciate you Lee! You’re a very pleasant man to deal with! Thank you!

Unfortunately, this store is usually understaffed but this Friday afternoon I found Stephen to be remarkably kind, respectful and efficient even though there were at least 15 people standing in line and out the door. Professional behavior like this is often rare and he has definitely earned recognition and a raise.

Im giving 5 stars ONLY because of the gentleman named Stephen working there. When I arrived there was a line of customers out the door, in 100 degree heat, waiting to return their packages . When I got through the door I saw him running both windows working really fast and by himself and he mentioned the day before was much worse when a customer made a comment about how busy he was. He has been working by himself for a while and needs a raise ! Not to mention another staff member hired to help with the volume of customers in that store! He was very friendly, had a positive attitude and I hope he receives something for what he is doing! UPS get someone else hired to help, the only reason im giving 5 stars is because of him. Not the way you're running your business. If there was a review on him alone id give him 5 stars and this stores location no stars

There is a lady in there that is SO rude. I didn't get her name because I couldn't even look at her, but this is the 2nd time she's been terrible and just flat rude. The man is great. Next time I will just wait for him to free up. She needs a stay at home job that customers don't have to deal with.

I will not use UPS as a carrier ever again. The staff was great but they offered me 2 day shipping which I was willing to pay more. I was never told about any weather concerns that may affect my delivery date. They also don’t inform you that if you do want this option then you will not get a refund or discount. Customer service at corporate told me that I am eligible for one but have to do it through the store and the stores sends you to corporate and now I’m being told I’m eligible. Sorry but don’t recommend UPS especially because I have friends with similar complaints. Also, if you have an enclosed porch. Wouldn’t it be smart to put it inside to hide the package so it don’t get stolen?
