Hours: The United States Postal Service is a very busy government-run business. The people are nice and helpful, and they do not dismiss you. Customers can usually talk to somebody about a problem. Many have had great experiences, with no problems, especially for services like passport renewal. However, it is important to bring passport photos as they cannot take them on site. Sometimes there are frustrations. The phone may not be answered despite a voice message saying to hold, forcing visits in person. Issues with mail can occur, such as personal documents going missing for over a month with little help. Occasionally, packages may be left on top of a mailbox on a busy road, leading to theft, though this is rare. Typically, a notice is left so packages can be picked up at the post office directly, which works well. While service is not always handled to a customer's liking, the employees have always seemed to try and help the best they can. One very kind and helpful employee in particular was noted for taking time to solve a problem when others would not, surpassing others who have worked there for years.
