Today my wife and I went to get passport photos and the yellow haired pierced manage Stormi actually had to do something... she asked if we could come back another day, and we said no we have an appointment....she huffed and puffed but finally did it under protetest.. the photo tech was watching the register.... but they were not busy at all.
Now this is not the first time this Walgreens has been rude both my wife and I on separate occasions went to their pharmacy and dealt with a very rude man (younger) that seemed bothered that he had to wait on me... my wife confirmed the same.
Walgreens will get zero of our business going forward

The only reason they get one star is because you can't give them zero.
This is by far the absolute worst Walgreens and we have used a lot. They do not get your prescriptions filled and make all kinds of excuses. But you can't have that many this or that issues to account for the number of times we have been through this in a matter of less than 9 months. Their lies are unacceptable. Their incompetence is beyond words. Their horrible attitudes are mindblowing. This place needs to be shut down and corporate needs to do a complete revamp. They are going to cause major issues. My husband needs his heart meds and we have been given the run arounds for a week. We are done and will be filing complaints with corporate and the appropriate agencies,as well as the BBB.
I highly recommend any other pharmacy but this one.

This walgreens pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. You wait on the phone for hours. Everytime I've had a surgery I've had to wait for my meds to be filled. I had a major surgery today and the meds were sent in at 930AM, I got home from the hospital around 130 and my meds still weren't ready, I was then told they were going to take a lunch then come back and fill my script (extremely rude and unprofessional). Then at 3pm I called to get an update and was told they would have them ready by 5pm. That is almost 8 hours from the time they received the order to fill. It's also 6 hours after I've had surgery and left the hospital and am in need of my pain and nausea meds. This place is ridiculous. I will be switching pharmacies. And honestly this pharmacy should be shut down. If people have to wait in agony so you can take your time and be lazy, that's absolutely absurd. Not ok. I've also reported to corporate and the BBB.

I have not had ONE Rx filled here without a problem, issue, or delay. Today they told me after I arrived at 2:00 pm to pick up meds that were called in at 7:00 am that they didn’t have the rx at all. Then they said they only had some. I just had surgery and needed meds before I went home. They told me they were going to go to lunch and then they would fill it so I had to go home without the meds and then come back later today….just had surgery literally 2 hours ago. I called back 2 hours later and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until after 5. This is the WORST Walgreens service in the country. Further reviews will be given to Walgreens corporate. Don’t waste your time here. HEB or Walmart or ANY other pharmacy in marble has better service. This place should be shut down if they don’t have the staff to do a good job.

DON’T EVEN BOTHER. Go ANYWHERE else to pick up your prescription or you’ll be waiting about 30 mins per person, And they weren’t understaffed. They’re unorganized, they wait till the last minute to fill the prescriptions and everyone else inside that’ll come after you is more important then you. They went to help other people even AFTER TAKING MY CARD. This is the worst walgreens and it’s no wonder Walgreens as a whole is going under. This is embarrassing. Just go to HEB y’all. One star is way to generous.

If I could give 0 stars honestly I would . They drop the ball ALL THE TIME . For 5 months I tried to transfer my prescription to a different location and honestly it never got moved (partly not their fault but part of the problem ) than proceeded to claim they didn’t have my prescription but they just put it back on the shelf … so here I am 3 days without my prescription . Always fill my prescription late and can’t even keep a pharmacist on staff to run the whole shit show … take your chances with Walmart and save yourself the hassle

Poorest quality photo I’ve ever seen. Do not get your passport photo taken or printed here. Don’t print photos you’ve taken here either. Poor quality printer, poor quality photo paper, and poor quality photo uploading system 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Don't buy they're nice water none of the safety seals work and a quarter of the bottles leak and less than full....as well the newer staff act miserable and go out of they're way to be rude and management seems to be fond of the action because they do nothing about it...I'm an heb shopper and came here Easter as it was the only market open but I will definitely hold out next time this place is far overpriced and to spend that type of money to be treated by rude nasty employees it makes me glad heb gets my money BOYCOTT WALGREENS MARBLE FALLS!!!!!!

Called the pharmacy at my work to call in a prescription for a client. First time I called the phone was picked up and promptly hung up. Second time I called I got through, but pharmacy staff was rude and sarcastic.

Walgreens has always been great but today when I called from a urgent care clinic to cancel a RX just before they closed. someone answered and then hung up on me. then when I tried to call back the automated system said they were closed. I totally understand wanting to go home on time but my reason for calling was simple! I was just trying to help the pharmacy out by not wasting time on filling a RX when I need to Cancel it :) Thanks

My family has been using walgreens pharmacy for years and in the past few years we have seen a HUGE decline. I picked up my grandfathers medication for him and began to sort it into his pill box when I noticed they mistakenly gave him QUADRUPLE the dosage for his heart medication. His nurse informed me it was too risky to split it and to pick up a new bottle. He needed to take it first thing in the morning. I called ahead of time and told them I was coming, they said they had it ready. I arrived a moment before close and the pharmacy tech behind the counter was crouched behind the window hiding from me. I called out to them and they told me I’d have to go to the 24hour pharmacy in austin. I came back the next morning. This was their fatal mistake that could have killed my grandfather and yet they refused to fix it.

It would be nice if this Walgreens posted their correct hours in the pharmacy. The web site shows them close at 8 PM. Glad I called before traveling 25 miles to pick up a prescription. Just saying

I have been trying to pickup a prescription for 4 days now. I stood in the drive thru for over an hour and when it was my turn they said they are closed and to come back. I then came back the following day at 2:30pm and when my turn came up they closed the windows and said they had to close early. I now have been standing in line again at 1pm and here was one person in front of me and some man looked at me and said that I would have to come back after 2pm so they can take lunch. I have never heard of a Walgreens that shuts down early for no reason or that shuts down for lunch. Save yourself major headaches and use any other pharmacy that this Walgreens location. They also do not honor GoodRX pricing most of the time.

Just wanted to give this pharmacy a good review. We are from Austin and recently moved to the area and the service at this pharmacy has been good over all. We've witnessed over worked staff and for their sake I wished Walgreens would add more staff at all their locations. Keep up the good work.
