Paid for the most expensive Wash $35. They were supposed to do the door panels and wipe it all down. Did not touch the back bumper door panels still have marks on them. Very poor job.
Don’t recommend.

terrible service, i went to get a car wash for $35. And it looks like they didn’t even touch the inside. The car is still wet, left scratches and the workers were disrespectful.

I had gone and tried to call no answer can ever get a hold of nobody. I’m very disappointed with the service that I got there. The young boys in the front were very lazy. My truck is still dirty for the $35 that I paid for it. I think they just sat inside it and didn’t wipe anything down Pretty much can’t ever get a hold of somebody there.

I keep going back thinking something will change but it doesn’t. I’m done now though. Outside of the truck hardly got wiped down. Running boards still had mud on them. Floor mats inside had caliche shoe prints from where the worker stepped in the caliche on the concrete from a previous wash I guess. And to top it off, as I pulled out onto 281, my tailgate fell open. No idea why or how, but it did.

Came in when nobody else was there. Had four guys work on my truck. You could tell they don't like working here because of the quality of work that they do. This place just keeps getting worse and worse. They ran inside after they got done to get out of the Heat and enjoy the AC in what used to be a customer waiting area. Management is pretty much non-existent.

Worst car wash in the area for sure I paid for the “full service” they never told me my vehicle was done and when I asked about it they said it has been done so I go to look at it and it looks like they didn’t wipe anything down and didn’t even vacuum under the floor mats the windshield wasn’t wiped still had the receipt taped on it there was still spay on the back window looks like they didn’t even vacuum the back and there was bugs all over the front end still and water spots all over the car

I've been going here for years but probably not again. We came in the afternoon. 2 cars finished right b4 us. 5 workers should have done a fabulous job but they did not. Windshield dirty inside & out. Console hardly touched. Its sad what 35.00 & a 5.00 tip gets you.

There were still bugs all over the front of my truck. The back window was only wiped on the drivers side! Windshield was only 1/2 wiped. There’s still dust on the dash.
Wingman you need to do better. Maybe hire an adult to over see the half-assed job that’s being put out of your business.

I thought I would give them another chance since I was short on time and they are pretty quick. I warned about the dog hair and offered to pay extra. They said it’s not that bad and they will do the best they could. I understand it’s not going to be perfect. However, it doesn’t even look like they touched my back hatch, didn’t lift any mats and barely wiped down the surfaces. Next time I will just do it myself unless someone opens up a reputable car wash in Marble Falls or Kingsland. What a waste of $40 and now I still need to go re- clean the interior before family gets here.

I went on Monday after more than a year without going for reasons that I did not like the service and apparently there is new management, they made changes in the washing processes and I was able to have my car attended by two young men who caught my attention because of their cautious and meticulous way of doing the work, they left my car impeccable, they did things to my car that I have never seen in any other car wash, I took the time to ask their names and I would like to recommend their work, their names are Chris and Christian, totally grateful for their services and their attention.

I have used their car wash services for several years. Today, I did a full service wash. They have changed their process, which I like very much. You now stay in the car through the wash and then directed to a stall for the rest of your cleaning. Seems more efficient. Also. I possessed the car keys the whole time. This is important to me because I experienced my car stolen as I watched it drive away from a different car wash in a different state.
