I went yesterday and picked up my CPAP. Oliva and Alicia showed me the equipment and how to use. They were excellent in explaining and being patient. When we get older it sometimes takes awhile to understand. Randi was very personal and got me in right away . I was so impressed with what the manager Ian did when we had a winter storm and everything was shut down and no one could get out. A person needed oxygen and the only that would help her was Ian. He came in and got it for the person. They are a company that wants to help patients in need. Kudos to you all.

The worst company. They lie and rip you off at the end of service.

I required a Bipap with Oxygen and had tgree different people helping me at different times. Michelle did my original fitting. She went through things quickly and I had to slow her down and ask questions, but she was very accommodating. She also helped try to fit my mask for me as well. Later I returned and Alicia was very helpful and patient to help me figure out which mask would fit best and work with the high air pressure settings of my BiPap. I was having trouble with leaks and the new mask did the trick. Randy then helped with adjustments to billing and insurance claims. She was very helpful and understanding as well. I would highly recommend Wise Owl Medical and their patient and thoughtful staff for your medical necessities.

I went in on 01/11/23 because I needed a leg brace for a torn Minecious,( damage to the cushioning between the knee bones - aka horrible pain!)I dealt with Michelle Lazos, She was amazingly patient, took measurements of my leg and helped me find the perfect style and fit. Bless her heart even help me try on a few, now that's above and beyond if I've ever seen it! Never pushed to try to "sell" me anything, she was genuinely concerned with my comfort. Today is only day two of wearing my new brace, and I feel better than I have in a week.Ask for Michelle, she's very knowledgeable, and will do her best to help you find what is going to work best for your situation.

Our doctor recommended Wise Owl Medical for my husband’s CPAP machine. Michelle was instrumental in helping us move forward in this process, since we were unsure if this is what he needed. She was very knowledgeable and has the perfect personality for helping the customer. Alicia also helped us in the process and was great to work with. My husband saw a difference in about 4 nights, when he thought is would take a couple of weeks. From hesitant to successful with the help of Wise Owl Medical Supply in Marble Falls. We had several other equipment needs in the weeks following and Michelle helped us get the right equipment. A great place and people to help with medical equipment/supplies.

We called the other medical supply place in marble falls and the phone was answer by a rude person. We decided to call wise owl medical and Sonia answer the phone. She was very professional and extremely helpful. If ever in need of medical equipment ask for Sonia

I have dealt with other medical equipment suppliers before, but Wise Owl provided the best service I've ever received. The people there were knowledgeable, and the stock is extensive. Best of all, they took care of all the required Medicare and insurance hoop jumping, which is a nightmare for anybody not familiar with the process. If you need a wheelchair, walker, rollator, or any other medical equipment, come here first.

Sonya is one of the most pleasant, helpful people that I have done business with. I work in the service industry and she is a breath of fresh air

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!I purchased a flip pillow for over $50 for my Dad, he recently had open heart surgery. Gave it to my Dad to see if that might help to elevate him in his bed vs sleeping in a chair but when trying it out , it is too small for a man over 200 pounds. More for a small woman . Purchased only three days ago still had receipt and wrapped in plastic. Called and the guy I spoke with was arguing with me that they have been selling these for 5 years and I need to go back and read the instructions and they can't take it back. They never told me it was non refundable at time of purchase or does it state on the receipt. I work in customer service and I always take care of the customers! This guy was basically telling me I was lying, I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know how rude they are. guess customer service is out the window now days.

I recently switched to Wise Owl and have found the dependable service and friendly attitude to be a breath of fresh air. Sonya Elliot took the time to explain in every detail how to maintain the equipment which had never been done before. Hopefully, with her help I have found the right face mask but if not Wise Owl has assured me that they will keep trying until I am satisfied.

Needed a lot of help setting up an O2 machine with a water bottle addition and Michelle was so incredibly patient, kind and helpful! Not once did she lose patience with me or make me feel anything less than fully capable of making this modification work. It takes a special person to be able to clearly instruct someone like me

They were very helpful in getting my equipment to me as quickly as possible. Then went above and beyond to work with the insurance in a timely manner to get it covered so I didn’t have to do self pay. So thankful to have such a professional and kind place to work with here in Marble Falls.

When you have a parent who is homebound due to a progressive disability, you can probably imagine the amount of times we need to shop at these particular establishments.Upon our first ever visit, I noticed that all of the reps sat behind their desk and just looked up at me with little enthusiasm to be of help. However, when I approached Sonia, I was pleasantly surprised by her helpfulness. She was also very kind to my young daughter who essentially talked Sonia's ear off! Due to my parent's disability, I advised that I would have to take the item in order to verify that it was a good fit. I asked for the return policy and she advised that the item needed to be in its original packaging. Understood! No prob! Unfortunately, the item did not work out and I went the very next day to return it. Once again, I was not greeted. Two employees, an older lady and a guy with a beard (Ian), just stared up from their computers waiting for me to say something. Neither one offered assistance and neither seemed overly interested in why I was there. I'm sure they could figure it out, as I was walking IN with the item. I finally said, "I need to make a return, who would like to help me?"They both looked at each other and then back at me. Finally, after a brief moment of awkwardness, Ian said "that looks rough!" while glancing over it in utter disgust as if he was trying to embarrass me in front of the other people in the store. I stated that I had literally just purchased it the day before, that Sonia said the item had to be in original packaging, and I could bring it back. Initially, I had no idea what he meant until I noticed a slight tear in the corner of the plastic package cover which could have been there when I purchased it, it was so insignificant! It was a seat cushion, so the likelihood of the plastic covering having a little wear from customers trying them out is pretty high. However, he acted as if the product was being held together by zip ties and duct tape! Then he took it from me and began the return process not even speaking to me, with the exception of verifying the last name. He proceeded to hand the receipt back to me and said he text me the returned receipt. No "Have a nice day!" "Sorry it didn't work out!" "Can I help you find what you might need?"...absolutely nothing! Almost like they really couldn't care less if they had a job or running a business. The facility is nicely organized and very clean. Sonia salvaged this review which warranted some recognition. The chances of going back...eh, I guess if I can't find what I'm looking for. I have spoken with Ian on the phone in the past and he had the same demeanor as in person, so I can't say I'm surprised by that experience. Maybe, as a business owner and one who worked in DME and retail for years, I just have higher expectations of courteous business practices.

Worse customer service I have ever experience at age 70. Don't dare ask for an itemized statement. They said they already sent me one. I didn't receive it but basically they refused to send me one. When I return the CPAC machine I expect to get an itemized statement. check your Medicare charges!

Customer service - all depends on allowing them to service your CPAP machine (which is not covered by insurance)!!! Ian needs further training on customer service!
