this is the worst internet provider I have ever used... I lose internet about once a week for HOURS ... not the weather, just a terrible internet company,.. they close at 5pm and have ZERO staff to answer the phones to help you... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. we pay extra every month to have great internet and I am so angry.. driving in town to log on and work??? it's absurd... and no one answers the phone even during the day. and i think they are deleting bad reviews!!!

No service as of Christmas Eve Eve. No call backs, no interest in helping us - I guess - till they return from Christmas holiday in three more days. Our holiday will be without Sonos music, movies, etc. thanks guys!

We’ve been without internet since Wednesday before thanksgiving. It’s now Saturday. We have called and left messages everyday, even went by the office. The office had a note on the door that said they were closed for the holidays. Completely ridiculous to just shut down for days at a time with no customer feedback.

This company meets my internet needs and their prices are competitive. If an outage occurs, it usually does not take long for the internet to be restored. When I leave a message they call me back to ensure whether or not my internet has been restored. I would recommend trying Zeecon Wireless Internet to see if they will meet your internet needs like they have mine. Thank you Zeecon. I realize operating a business during and after COV-19 has not been easy; thankful you have stayed the course.

Paying for a service that doesn’t work 10% of the time. Tech support is unavailable on weekend and holiday so if a storm knocked out you service Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend you can’t speak to anybody until the following Tuesday. They send out blanket message saying all tower are fixed and still no internet after rebooting so you leave a message…… again.

We have been customers of Zeecon for approximately 5 years. We initially had a personal and business account but eventually cancelled our business account and maintained our personal account with them. The internet service (wifi) is a little more than mediocre but did what we needed it to do. We aren't gamers, and with the exception of several people streaming a different movie at one time, the internet hasn't been overly crucial in our household. The reason for the 2-star (and cancellation of services) is that, since the beginning, the customer service has not only been minimal but down right condescending. You can see on their FB page how incredibly rude they (techs and business responses) are to people who have had about enough of the lack of communication. Understandably, things happen and the internet, especially in our area, is going to be less than perfect. I believe most people express this sentiment regularly. Nevertheless, Zeecon manages to reply with snark and complete unprofessionalism when they're being held, reasonably, accountable. It was so out of hand that they eventually deleted their FB business page to avoid taking responsibility and due to the blatant public dissatisfaction of their customers. Now, their new page is slowly accumulating similar complaints. The reason I gave 2-stars rather than 1, is that we don't contact them and they don't contact us. Over the last 5 years, with the exception of an extremely rude encounter in the beginning of our services, almost monthly outages, and complete disregard for concise and professional communication, I guess I could say it wasn't so bad that we had the option to be complacent because it suited our minimal needs. Thankfully, other companies are coming to the area and see the need. For that, we have decided to stop paying a company who doesn't value their customers and are terribly unprofessional. Even if they had the best internet service in town, we wouldn't continue our partnership simply due to their total disrespect to the people who keep their business open.

I’ve used Zeecon since 2017 and have been very happy with my service. Occasionally, the internet goes out, but that’s typically due to some issue with something upstream. They update about issues on Facebook, and otherwise have good customer service. We live in the hill country, not Dallas. If your internet is down due to an “Act of God” and nice people are out there fixing it, go for a walk or work at one of our great local coffee shops.

Absolutely the worst internet I have ever had to use. It goes out at least 5 times a week for hours at a time. When it is working don't even try to watch movies, play games or browse the internet smoothly. Don't try calling customer service because they won't answer or send them an email. It takes days for them to respond just to tell you that the outage is on your end not thiers. Find someone else for your internet. I pay $120+ for 15mbs and every time I test the internet I have never gotten more than 8mbs.

I've had very few issues, up to and including their being very patient with me when my payment is late. I've been able to do pretty much all I want as well as any guest I have. I do have a problem reaching anyone, but they usually get back to me in a day or 2 .

The customer service is Horrible... no mater what you are calling for, I can not get a hold of them to pay our bill. Left 3+ messages a day for two weeks, sent multiple emails, local office is closed & no sign on the door, website & fb literally do NOTHING for payments.. Thankfully they have not shut off our service yet But this is going on 6 + months I have not been able to get ahold of them. Going to start looking for a new internet provider mainly because of customer service! I can’t imagine trying to report an outrage or having some sort of problem. Service has been pretty decent, when there is an outage they are real quick to post on fb information & the service is out for multiple days at a time when that happens. However posting on fb with outage updates is literally the only customer service interaction you will get. I know there Is not too many options in my area for internet provider But Do yourself a favor and save your mental health with going with one of the providers!

Two stars about right. I have to have a good backup plan. Today it is out with “an upstream provider outage”. Perfectly clear day. Shouldn’t be having an issue. Once other options are available in this area this company will likely be out of business

This is the worst internet service or “service” of any kind I’ve ever had to deal with . I’ve been out of internet for over 2 weeks now and I can’t get anybody to answer a phone or reply to an email . I’ve left over 7 voicemails with no response. I get that you can have trouble with the tower but the customer service that this company has is absolutely horrendous. But yet you’re still gonna want my money lol .
