An amazing property in Marfa! Adam and Clark have built a beautiful and very special space to relax and enjoy your time in this amazing community! I did all the research and couldn’t be happier. I give the Lincoln the highest possible recommendation for your next visit to Marfa!!!

This was the 5th time staying at the Lincoln, and as always, it was superb! Great location, smartly decorated rooms, the whole package. We will be back!

The Lincoln Marfa is a great Hotel that captures the art side of the City of Marfa. It is centrally located, and convenient to walk anywhere in the central area to enjoy the art galleries and look at some past history that made Marfa famous. Note that most of the galleries are closed , most Sunday through Wednesday. Thursday through Saturday the galleries are open. Most businesses close at 5 PM. However, there are some local bars and restaurants in the nearby hotels. The room I had was a queen suite, with a full kitchen and fully stocked needs like dishes, utensils, full size stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave and utensils includingh knives, pots and pans and complete utensils for cooking and eating. There is a supermarket you can walk to or drive to easily. Hopefully the attached photos help. The Lincoln Marfa is very clean and the staff is responsive via text. There is no lobby and check in communication and process is easy and well documented for you, especially via text. Very convenient! There is a small central courtyard with a fire pit and everything necessary to enjoy a nice evening outside, especially in the cooler nights. It was still in the 80's at sunset, so the fire pit was not an option for me. (You are in the high desert and it is dry and a bit dusty, and will be cool in the morning.)

Super happy with our choice with The Lincoln. Room had a cute front porch where we did tons of hanging out. Lots of stuff in walking distance.

We LOVED our stay at The Lincoln Marfa. Our group of three adults, two teenagers, and a furry friend, stayed in the two bedroom unit after visiting the Big Bend National park. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of space to spread out and much need R&R after camping/hiking and prior to driving home. The unit was beautifully decorated and furnished. We enjoyed the patio and outdoor space as well. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time in Marfa and that included a very restful stay at The Lincoln. Great communications from the owners before we arrived and prompt response to a question we had during our stay. The room was perfect - comfortable bed, nice sofa in the room, well-equipped kitchen and bath -- all very clean! Perfect location in Marfa -- not next to the train tracks (although we love the sound of trains, just not in the middle of the night). Even though we know we can look up places to eat and things to do online, always nice to have a map and some dining suggestions in the room. All in all, a superb experience.

Very nice place to stay. Convenient parking, right where you'd want to be in Marfa, close to everything. Check in/out process was seamless.
In terms of the room, it was a perfect match for the locale, and having a full kitchen is a must with the variable schedules of most local restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved upon was the water pressure in the shower, but that could've just been our unit.
Overall I'd definitely recommend.

This place is great. We stayed in #12, the bungalow with 2 queen beds. The decor was really cool - rustic but clean and stylish. The antique radio was playing country music when we arrived - a nice touch. Beds were great and though we did no cooking, the sideboard kitchen space looked well stocked. There was coffee and a French press provided. The location couldn’t be better. And the service - all interactions were online but they were prompt and helpful. The collection of bungalows as a whole created a funky and charming property. Will recommend!

Wonderful place to stay while visiting Marfa. Great location, walking distance to everything, nice and quiet. Cute, well appointed mini-apartments with kitchen, living room space, etc. Owners are super responsive and had the opportunity to meet Clark who was passing through while we were there. Lots of Texan hospitality and I highly recommend staying here when visiting Marfa. Will definitely come back!

I booked a couple rooms at The Lincoln for my glam squad for my wedding last weekend. The rooms were comfy and exactly what they needed. So close to the ceremony site at Hotel Paisano and the correspondence from Adam months leading up to the weekend was excellent! Taylor Swift playing on the bright yellow payphone made everyone's day!!! Thank you so much!

We stayed in #7, and it was awesome! Like our own little apartment in town. Just the right mix of Marfa vibes and modern conveniences. And the owner responded immediately to our silly little questions. Highly recommend!

First, the location is ideal--walking distance to Marfa's fun and unique shops. Parking is easy.I have never stayed at an establishment quite like the Lincoln. It's not a traditional hotel--the rooms are in small, independent buildings standing on a lot. Each is roomy, unique, and interesting. Don't expect slick, modern decor--you are in Marfa, after all. Staying at the Lincoln will make your Marfa experience all the more rich.
