Prices for RV storage are not cheap. But finding secure storage is also hard due to the popularity of RV ownership these days. My city does not allow me to keep my camper on the street except for loading and unloading for trips. Unfortunately, my driveway is steep and I cannot park it in the driveway. Backyard Storage is about 18-20 minutes from my house out pay Marion. I keep it in covered storage, which helps protect from sun damage and storm damage. Water, air, propane, and a dump station is available on site. Electricity is available to keep my camper.Plugged in during storage to keep the batteries charged. Staff is very attentive and helpful. No entry or exit whatsoever after 10 p.m. which prevents these overnight thefts that have been occurring elsewhere. The amenities available, gated protection with on site security guard, and friendly staff make it well worth the extra cost at this storage facility. Before finding this place, I had called quite a few other RV storage sites, and the price for what you get here, it was actually cheaper than most others. But you may have to be on a waiting list to get in.

This is a very nice storage place. Has the cafe in it plenty of undercover parking it is just a great storage place. Management goes out of their way to help you.

Staff is amazing, I keep my trailer there and I always feel safe with it there. I have used other places that aren't 50 percent as good as this place is. I would urge people to go and look at the facility. The only thing I kind of dislike is with my code I can't get to my trailer or drop it until after 6am and alot of times I would like to get it at like 5am. That's not enough to mark this place down everything else is top notch

I hade an amazing experience at Back Yard storage! The staff was incredibly helpful guiding me through the process made sure I was getting the correct size unit for my needs. I went to 2 other places with nothing but the run around! If your looking for a reliable and hassle free solution back yard is your place!! Bb

Stopped by backyard storage for some info, and was greeted by Cheyenne, not only was she a delight to speak with, she even took me to see the size of the unit I was going to rent (not just say it fits a one bedroom apartment like other places!). Kinda funny, but she made it feel like they were actually in my back yard!!!! Thanks for all your help!!!

Absolutely love this facility. Never had any issues what so ever. The staff is absolutely amazing and have always gone above and beyond to help any way possible. Definitely recommend Backyard for storage needs and OMG they have amazing items for sale in the store. Keep up the good work.

This place is truly a gem for Marion. The staff is super helpful. The young lady who runs the place is always attentive and on the ball. Even if something happens, she does her best to make sure everything is taken care of. I will always shop here!

I've been a customer here for 4yrs and it was a nice facility until 2 months ago my classic car was broken into. I notified management as soon as I saw the damage and haven't heard a word from anyone about what's being done.

First trip here signing up for place to park 34' travel trailer. Quick and easy sign up. Visited about 10 other places closer to my home but opted for this location. Great open spaces for maneuvering trailer making it easy to park. Parking is on cement or pavement. Secure location and great pricing.

I ran into a gentleman named Josh at Pic n Pac, saw he was driving a police cruiser and asked him where he worked he told me he does security at the Back yard Storage, really nice individual, he spoke very highly of the management and how clean the place is, knowing the facility has someone watching it at night is awesome, I’m about to leave the dump I’m at!
