Louis handled everything with incredible professionalism, and worked with my insurance company to ensure my car wasn’t totaled out, which I'm sure they were eager to do.

I had a situation where my vehicle was elsewhere. I called to ask a question and he immediately started thjnk about the issue and give advice over the phone. Once I had the vehicle back. I took it straight to his shop and ran quick diagnostic and we had a path forward.

“Cannot say enough good things about this company. My Range Rover had a dent. After repairing the dent, the door needed to be repainted due to the size and depth of the dent. I was worried it would be hard to match the paint color as it is a special British Racing Green. Wasted time worrying because it looked perfect. The owner answered phone promptly, replied quickly to questions, arrived on time, gave me a reasonable quote, and performed excellent work! A God send! “I made an appointment, the service consultant took down my information and I was promptly sent an email confirming appointment and what we discussed, told upfront it would be 2-3 days to diagnosis and repair. Received follow up emails text to confirm date and ability to change if needed. Much appreciated, very different from other local area dealers. Compliments to Shelby Rutledge, Service Consultant. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. She confirmed what service I needed. Next day I received a text that vehicle was being looked at by the service tech and then received an email confirming warranty work to be completed and other recommended services which I could accept or decline. Vehicle was completed on time as promised. Hoping to have similar service next time I need just an oil & filter change (wait on service to be completed event).”
