Nice clean location in residential area. Shade trees, parking pad & laundromat. Owner is nice & works to keep the place looking nice. Definitely a place I’d return to when in the area.

Nice and quiet. Small town peace and quiet while a minute or so from shopping, restaurants, night spots. Access to Nuclear plant without having to deal with city traffic or city traffic enforcement in Bay City. Free laundry facility for clientele.

The concrete pads were great size. The area was very quiet. Free laundry. The owner was down to earth good people. Awesome park. Great price.
