“Made an online appointment for passport applications on 3/13/25. Received a phone call to confirm my appointment at 1pm the next day. Everything went smoothly. The gentleman who took our applications was very polite, courteous and helpful even though he had processed 4 applications before us. I was worried we would have to wait longer than our 1pm appointment, but he was on it!! He started us at 1 and we got out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you!!! I could hear the other lady working and waiting on customers being very polite and greeting people as they came in!”
