“I have nothing but great things to say about Ward storage in Bay City. I used the climate controlled unit. The facility is very conveniently located, very secure (monitored), clean and easy to access. Very reasonably priced compared with other facilities. The payment (auto-payment) wed-site was easy and flawless. I used the unit for over two years without an issue. Amanda Sutton, property manager was super helpful and very professional. I recommend this facility.”
“I rented a 10x13 here. It was very good pricing, I only paid $73, which to me was very good.The receptionist was very social and nice. She also was very helpful and understanding, I was going through a hard spot to where I couldn't pay my unit, and this location had very good options on payment arrangements. They don't give you a hard time and it was very easy getting the full deposit back with no knit picking.”

“Contacted them last minute pretty late and reserved a "c " 20ft unit online. Once we got there, we were unfortunately unable to back the trailer into the unit due to the space between the buildings. Fortunately, the lady contacted us even though it was real late and was able to get us in a temporary stall. I was very impressed with the automation and the service we received . Anywhere else would have just left us stuck out.”
